    Mr Milton Contreras he a very kind and respectful friendly man polite patient and truly cares about residents l truly appreciate it all the staff is amazing very helpful professional and friendly l appreciate all their hard work the maintenance responds when there is an issue.

    Terrible experience moving out!!! I lived here for 2 years but the day I moved in, my apartment was given to me in disgusting conditions (look at photos for reference) I cleaned it up myself. When moving out I had an opportunity to purchase a house. I broke my lease and paid the early termination fee in full. After moving out, they sent a letter to the apartment i was moved out of to tell me i owed them $450 worth of cleaning fees!!!!! I had already asked when turning my keys in if there was anything else i owed and they said no on multiple occasions. I figured out that I owed them this because the debt collectors got a hold of me. After trying to work with larry and him telling me to send him the photos and that he would do what he could, he dismissed me for weeks and declined every phone call i made. That apartment was horrible, why would I pay $450 when I left it cleaner than it was given to me? My credit score went down 80 points, they are completely unprofessional and the dog park is absolutely disgusting. Always has fleas and worms, never water working. Dumpster is always overflowed and the entire complex smells like weed. My car was broken into one time as well. I dont recommend and its sad because I was a great tenant!!
