I was disappointed that the customer service office was not a good. The reps didn’t care or they didn’t know how to answer questions. Next people were quick to assume. Any noise violations I talked to my neighbors directly which is disappointing. My older son was accused of living at my apartment even though he spent night for a few days and went to work out gym. Just seemed like we were no longer welcome there. People seemed ruder than a usual. Anyways I’m happy we aren’t there anymore because the vents were not working correctly. My light billl is 3 times cheaper. I think there’s something wrong with vents/ac. Anyways I wish them the best. Just hope better triaging for the folks there. And hope the management will pay better attention to customers.

She has consistently been in contact with us, making sure we are aware of all updates in the community as well as what are all of the services that are offered. They even helped us with our baby registry! I would recommend anyone to Deja and Cole’s Crossing!

She made my transition smooth, putting my mind at ease to focus on other tasks . When something in my apartment needs attention they are quickly on top of it. Management, the entire office, and let’s not forget maintenance, thank you all so very much for the love and kindness you have shown!
