There is absolutely no security — doors are left open even at night, making it easy for anyone to walk in and steal from homes or cars. The hallways are filthy, trash is everywhere, and there’s loud music playing at the pool day and night. Even after multiple complaints, the office does nothing to fix the problems. Theft and crime happen here regularly. This place is a serious safety risk for anyone living here. I strongly recommend staying away until the management takes real action to provide proper security and maintenance. You collect a lot of money, why didn't you put a security guard at night here?
- TSTame SurnameOct 19, 20251.0Finally weld shut those damn pedestrian gates on the Towne Lake Pkwy side and the vehicle gate on Barker Cypress Rd, and leave just one central entrance and exit under camera surveillance — like in normal complexes — and let the sheriff park his car there. This place isn’t a gated community anymore, it’s an open thoroughfare where people from the private houses around the complex drive in and park their cars here just to avoid leaving them out on the street. The theft is absolutely out of control; this is already the 5th case of massive damage to residents’ property over the past few years. How much longer are we supposed to put up with this — and for such money!
