  We lived at Cantera at Town Lake for almost two years, and honestly, it will always feel special to us. It wasn’t just an apartment it was our home. Our little boy spent his first one and a half years growing up there, and we have so many beautiful memories from this community. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s peaceful, clean, and full of greenery. You can actually feel the warmth when you walk around. The two pools are amazing the large pool area with the pergola, BBQ grills, pizza oven, spa, and the view is just perfect for relaxing evenings. The second pool feels more private and cozy, which we also loved. Everything is very well maintained, and the amenities truly make you feel like you’re living in a resort. What makes Cantera even more special is the people. Anna is incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to respond. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help. Tony is also wonderful friendly, funny, and always welcoming. In fact, the entire staff has been supportive and responsive throughout our stay. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the community always felt safe and well taken care of. We never had any issues during our time there, which says a lot. Good neighbors, a peaceful atmosphere, great amenities, and a team that truly cares that combination is rare. We’re so grateful for the time we spent there as a family. Thank you, Cantera at Town Lake, for giving us such happy memories. We will always look back at our time there with a smile. ❤️ One more thing I absolutely want to mention is the LOCATION. It’s literally right at Barker Cypress and Tuckerton, and that makes everyday life so convenient. Kroger is just a one-minute walk away, along with banks and quick food spots like McDonald’s. Within the same stretch, you have Jack in the Box, Popeyes, Whataburger, Starbucks, Verizon, and several other major stores everything you need is basically around the corner. Lone Star College is also very close, which is great for students or families. And within just a two-minute drive, you can reach the Town Lake Boardwalk area where you get beautiful lake views and access to some really nice restaurants. There are also great daycare centers and schools nearby, which makes this area perfect for families. Overall, the locality is excellent safe, convenient, and well connected to everything you need.

  El servicio de mantenimiento asistía oportunamente, pero el sistema de fumigación fue terrible. No fumigaban y comenzaron a aparecer cucarachas. Las áreas comunes y los pasillos estaban en muy mal estado, sucios y totalmente descuidados, por lo que decidimos mudarnos. Al salir, no nos devolvieron el depósito y además nos enviaron una cuenta de $600. En total perdimos casi $2,500 por supuestos arreglos después de mudarnos, cuando el apartamento se entregó en óptimas condiciones

  Constant parties and loud music! If you have a job don't move here. Very loud music by the pool at night. People bring their own large speakers. Management doesn't do anything to resolve the matter.
