I beg you, please heed this warning... DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Yes, the apartments are pretty.
Yes, the apartment grounds are kept up nicely and appear maintained.
And, yes, even the staff seems nice.
BUT....WHAT A SCAM THEY HAVE GOING HERE!
There is zero parking for residents. Z-E-R-O!
And if you are the type of person that needs to learn things the hard way, just expect to pay top dollar for a reserved spot (that is often being parked in by someone else) or for a garage that is not even attached.
All I am saying is that you need to keep looking.
Twice now, my car has been towed, because I had to park my car late at night, with my flashers on, while I ran up to my apartment to ask my husband to go with me to find a parking spot on the complete opposite side of the complex. And is is such a long walk back to my apartment from clear on the other side of the complex, alone at night. I do not feel safe.
My car has been towed twice in 30-days!
The first time, I was gone for 3 minutes and the ugly black wrecker driver was driving off with my car in tow - $234.97 the next next to get it back.
The second time, I was gone for 9 minutes, and that is only because I tripped on the stairs running to my apartment in an effort to beat any wrecker services back to my car. In less than 10 minutes, all I saw in the distance were my flashers as my car was towed away at 11'Oclock on a SUNDAY NIGHT. And since I had to be at work at 7:30AM the next day, it cost $70.00 for round trip Uber rides to/from work. Add that to my towing fee, and we are talking over $350.00 out of pocket because the complex where I live as 1 unpaid parking spot for every 20 apartments that get rented. I have even tried to add a reserved spot or garage to my already 1500/month one bedroom apartment rental, but I am at work when the office is open.
Honestly, it seems since I declined to add a spot when I signed my lease, I am being taught a hard and expensive lesson. I cannot wait to move!

I moved here before all the building were open for rental and it has been the best apartment living I have experience. After 5+ years, I have zero complaints, the Office Personnel and the Maintenance Personnel are by far the BEST hands down. Although, this is a kid and pet friendly complex, everyone respects everyone and noise is very minimum. Location wise, everything you may need is literally right outside the gate complex. Outstanding Experience!!!
The Ladies and remaining staff are phenomenal individuals. Very Professional, Helpful and Pleasant to work with. The Ladies in the office all need raises. They’re just that good!!!!!
The apartment is nice (relatively newer than others), with stainless steel appliances and the area located is very nice because alot of things are close.
The big down side is the parking spots.
Majority of the parking options are reserved paid parking, scarcity of regular parking. Despite choosing the option of purchasing a reserved parking, most of the time will have to be in a waitlist or choose a parking spot further from your apartment.
In other words, not enough parking for residents. And paying for a parking spot will have to be an included cost when moving.
Everything else has been very nice, but take that into account when moving.
I’ve been living here for about 90 days now, and overall my experience has been great 😊
Management is welcoming and responsive, and if you’re considering leasing here, I highly recommend working with Marcelina!! She’s kind, incredibly helpful, and takes the time to answer all of your questions, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
One thing to be mindful of is parking. If possible, I’d suggest securing a garage or carport—it definitely helps in the long run. Parking is usually available during non-work hours, but it can be a bit challenging after 6PM. 🙃
Thank you Alys-Crossing team!
