  Honest people with integrity working here. They work with referral companies like UMOVEFREE ($200) and dont just keep the money for themselves and tell you that you put apartment website as the referral when you clearly didnt on 3 applications. I would give 6 stars if I could.

  I’d like to share my poor experience with Cantera’s Management. 1.-All restrooms in the pool area are always closed. 2.-From time to time there are cars vandalized. 3.-There is no control over the pets owners and their pets. They pup in all walking ways, grass and everywhere they’re walk. 4.-pets also urinate in all corridors of apartments. 5.- one of the pools are closed. 6.- chiripas are not welcome however there is a invasion over the apartments.

  Almost every night people are screaming, blasting music, and partying by the pool. Every. Single. Night. I'm not just talking a light noise disturbance, people are pulling out full speakers on maximum volume and playing non stop music well past 12 am. Because of this, multiple of us have complained via email AND in-person. There has been a singular pathetic email sent out as a "gentle reminder" to "quiet down" after 8 pm but nothing else has been done. Im tired.

  El sitio muy bonito, pero lamentablemente su administración no sirve para nada, un familiar vivía allí y se mudo, pasan muchas cosas desagradables, roban los cauchos de los carros dentro del conjunto, y la administración no hace nada, uno pide revisión de las cámaras y no te dan respuesta, las áreas sociales en malas condiciones, no sé si se trate de un tema de racismo, por el hecho de uno ser emigrante, cuando se daña una tubería de tu apartamento no te solucionan, y no es posible, porque uno cancela al día, y el deber de la administración es estar y velar por el bienestar de sus inquilinos

  I really did enjoy this apartment complex it was nice and peaceful and people were nice and it's convenient and its location since it's close to a lot of stuff so you could easily walk the hair and walk back especially since you're also close to the boardwalk 😁 I was supposed to be here for half a year but money is getting tight so I have to cut things short sadly 😅 .... out of all I don't really have anything bad to say except for they only had a small issue with roaches and I'm guessing because the weather got really cold but still they need to seal whatever crevices or whatever and the fact that the automatic gate kept getting stuck or not working and I would always be there to help out if people's codes are the clickers weren't working 😊 it's always nice to be helpful and last but not least for whatever reason they were supposed to replace the microwave in my apartment but after a month or so will steal they never came and replaced it the issue was the microwave stopped working and it caught on fire after preheating some nuggets nothing else was in it and they said they would replace it but later on changed it up to we have to pay for it 😢 very sketchy and don't know the reason why they would never replace it but still pay it anyway and yet even though we came today to turn in the keys and make sure everything was clean and tidy they still didn't replace the microwave don't know if it's something else or racial which I would never think of anyone being like that cuz everyone in the office was nice and friendly but you never know now and days 😓. But I genuinely believe anyone who moves to these apartments would love it immensely despite everything I would come back to these apartments if I ever get the chance. 🙂👍 PS. I had a one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment which wasn't too pricey but Still nowadays people need to be trying to save money 😅.
