  I have lived here 3 times. Every-time I have absolutely loved it!!! It’s a beautiful community, beautiful big units, always doing something for the holidays very engaged with their residents, & I always get lucky with great neighbors. Maintenance is amazing, always on time! It has especially been great with the office lady Jackie. She is very understanding and helpful. Never had an issue here & I hope to come back in the future!

  All in all, my stay here was pretty good. The location is great, and maintenance gets things done in a reasonable amount of time. The apartments are comfortable, and the people are great to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple living situation.

  This is literally the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I moved in at the FIRST month I experience my a/c being out 4 times, each time maintenance saying the issue wouldn’t happen again and each time the same maintenance telling me “they shouldn’t have said that before” It’s now been 4 months and my a/c is out AGAIN and maintenance says “it’s not an emergency” even though it’s over 80 degrees in my apartment but his reasoning is “it’s only 75 degrees outside.” The office manager has also told me “every place is going to have issues” which is complete bs cause I’ve never had as many issues or these issue at any other complex be lived at. Don’t not move here unless you want your ac to be out 5+ times in a less then 6 months and multiple other issues.

  I have stayed here now for five years, since then we have got new management. My experience when I moved in I was moved into an apt that was not ready and dirty, when I told them they automatically upgraded me and kept my rent at a cheaper price for the incontinence. In the five years I've been here the first one I did have some pest problems before new management took over, but the pest service here is also included they came weekly and finally did a bomb 4 years ago and I have no issues since then - when new management took over they were friendly and sweet, and anytime I've had any maintenance issue I would call put in the service request and stay on top of it and they would come pretty quickly. My fridge has gone out the ac only once and for those issues fixed immediately. I've had my ups and downs in life, and I have a 10 year old son this management always is sending out to us and printing flyers and doing things for the residents and kids and they have been nothing but splendid and patient with me a long my way. I have yet to move out and plan on resigning a new lease in the next couple of days all because of this. And I love the utilities are all inclusive one and done! When it comes to the bills. Thanks ladies and whoever runs this complex company wise 👌 I just want to let you know that they provide top notch customer service and treat all of us like family!
