  Wow I been looking for a decent affordable place but after reading reviews sounds like false advertisement and the place is totally unprofessional dirty and totally unfit for humans totally unsafe ☠️😔

  I had the best person to help me move in after looking for a place that I needed ASAP if you want to live here, I would suggest working with Alexis she’s the best person in the office and the only person who would understand you and your situation and everything! she goes Above and beyond for you!

  We moved back to Palms a couple of months ago. We had stayed here about a year ago as well, but back then we honestly didn’t get much support from the previous management. This time, the experience has been completely different, mainly because of the current assistant property manager, Alexis Villarreal. She genuinely tries to guide us through any issues we have and works on resolving them as quickly as possible. We really appreciate the way she communicates, her attitude, and the effort she puts into helping residents. It makes a big difference when management is supportive, and we’re happy with how things have been going since moving back.

  When I first came to the palm it was nothing like my new experience. When I first signed my least I was so disappointed. It was the first apartment in my lifE and management was just differnt and they didn't care. I was like once u signed u were nothing to them anymore. SO WE OPTED INTO THE RENOVATED APARTMENT NOT THE BASIC CLASSIC APARTMENT TOTAL OPPOSITE SIDES Well new management is amazing Alexis the manager is amazing caring and kind. She helped me upgrade because we needed an additional restroom and let me tell you we are blessed to have the unit we have now. The manager Alexis helps you and understands u as a human. She helped me get what my family deserves. She stayed in communication very respectful, professional and friendly. She doesn't make u feel less of her position and the staff in the front is nice as well respectful and always asking if we are doing ok my kids love them and just makes our stay here at the palm comfortabe. I see a lot of complaints about maintenance but then again we live in apartments just like everywhere else it takes time but I have never seen these apartments the way the pictures are and my issues have been addressed and the maintenance staff is kind as well. ALSO KEEP IN MIND YOUR SPACE IS AS CLEAN AS YOU ARE....TO MAINTENANCE CLEAN AND AVOID INFESTATION US AS RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KEEP A CLEAN SPACE AND AVOID ROACHES. I haven't have a problem of roaches but I don't leave food out or dishes out or trash out. For what we pay here at the palm and the space in sq feet we get here and the base rates its great , we are happy here ❤️🙏🏼

  If you are looking for your new home I highly recommend coming here! Catrina made my move in so easy! The whole office staff and maintenance were wonderful! Answered all the questions I had...the apartment itself it really nice! I am so happy here and it's the 1st place in a long time that has felt like home! I have 2 people already wanting to move in here after seeing my apartment and the referral bonus is the best I've ever seen! So come see Catrina and make this complex your new home!
