I was dealing with manufacturing consultants and I waited months to get into a home and I could never get approved so they just gave up on me and kept my money for months so I had to fight to get my refund from that company.Clayton homes was very understanding and patient with me .After the whole tragic experience I had went through Mr.Mario got me into a home within a month and a half with being with them .maybe less than that but long story short he understood my budget and helped me every step of the way .10/10 recommended
