  We were planning on touring but quickly changed our mind. We didn’t feel very welcomed at all when we stepped in, and we were told that ESA doesn’t count under the pet limit. We have 3 cats that are all registered ESA and she said we can only have 2. ESA is protected under law and this is the only place we toured that they will not accept 3 ESA cats. Big deal breaker.

  My finance and I moved here at the beginning of the year and have had no problems! The common areas are always kept clean and the units are great! When we first toured Misti helped us and was great at answering all our questions and responding quick. All the staff is so sweet! We're so glad we found The Heyward, it is such an amazing experience!:)

  Incredibly excited for my move in come late June - Chrissi and Misti have been an absolute hoot. They've treated myself and my wife with respect, and have been wonderful with my in-laws. Wonderful staff, amazing facility, and well maintained apartments. And to top it off, they are actually luxury - people get trapped in faux luxury apartments all the time. Elevators are installed as well, which should make moving in a breeze! These apartments are being eaten up, so grab one while they're hot.

  Oh my gosh, I’ve lived here since December 15 of 2025 and this is the best place you will ever find! Even though there’s a silly detour to get here, it is worth every moment of your time to take that DETOUR and move to Heyward Apartments and see Misti Edwards now!!

  Misti is amazing and very personable! She is great at making someone feel right at home. I appreciate her taking the extra time for my questions and a second tour (yes I needed two). She is very much the reason why I decided on this property. Thank you!
