    Oakside Riverchase has amazing customer service! If you were looking for a great communication, ask for Megan! From the moment we stepped through the door to doing the tours she was nothing but amazing. We did not end up choosing this property to live at, however, if it was up to me and the property was a little bit more updated I would definitely choose here. The outside grounds are up kept very well, the staff is friendly, just needs renovation. No stainless steel appliances, no new door locks, just outdated.

    Don’t waste your time. Or money. We lived here for a little over a year and it was a miserable time. Staff is friendly and the residents are fairly quiet. That’s about it for the pros. Within a 15 month span, we lost either water or hot water 20 times. Some for days on end. We didn’t have hot water the week of Christmas. They would announce on Friday at 5pm saying water is being shut off for “emergency repairs” and we would have no way of knowing if it was back on other than just constantly checking. They also never offered reimbursement. We paid for pest control and never once saw them. We had issues with ants and when someone finally came, they told us to spray windex on them and left since they “couldn’t see them”. We had rats in the walls that ate through cabinetry. We had no notification of the DART line being built so we were greeted with train horns non stop. After moving, we gave them a forwarding address and they have already lost one of my packages. Again, friendly staff but that’s about it. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Excellent and professional from the moment we entered the leasing office. Everyone was very courteous and friendly Meghan and Evelin were so helpful. It was like coming home to friends. The manager Monica and Morgan made the process very easy. Upon entering our new apt , right away we said this is our home. Everything was perfect . The maintenance team that has been attending our requests is amazing. I will recommend others to consider moving to one of the oaks properties portfolio. Oaks riverchase gets a 5 star rating from us.

    All packages delivered to the leasing office continue to be lost or stolen. This is a recurring issue, and the current package-handling process is clearly not working. Despite repeated incidents, the apartment community has taken no accountability and has not implemented any changes to address the thefts. At this point, it is reasonable to conclude there is either a security failure or internal theft occurring within the community.Residents should not be expected to absorb repeated losses due to a broken process. When will the apartment management take responsibility and implement corrective action—such as tightening security, restricting access, adding package tracking, or changing how packages are received and released?We are requesting immediate action and a clear response outlining what steps will be taken to prevent further theft and protect residents’ propert
