  I’m apartment hunting in Conroe and I noticed this place that had 3.4ish stars, so I went to check it out. From the moment I entered the leasing office the short Hispanic lady was so rude. Honestly, it was funny, it was almost as if she didn’t want to help me or have me lease. I asked for info on a one bedroom and she said “we don’t have any until December” with a stern no, as if she wanted me to accept it and leave; I said “December is fine”, then she kinda froze (as if she was shocked) and said “but not until the end of December”; I just said it was fine, why would she need to tell me if I said the whole month of December is fine. Next, I asked her for rates and she just handed me a sheet of paper without explaining anything, she basically told me to figure it out. Lol, then I asked if we can have a tour or view a model and she said “we don’t have those”, what kind of apartment doesn’t give tours? It seemed like she really did not want us to lease and wanted us to leave her alone. Why work that job if you are just going to be impatient like that? SMH, the place didn’t look that good to begin with so I’m not too surprised. I didn’t even spend five minutes there, her attitude was a deal breaker for me

  Very nice management! Good looking and good size apartments! A bang for your buck!
