    I absolutely loved living here! I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. The office staff and maintenance team have always been incredibly attentive and quick to address any concerns. I also really enjoy the resident events – they’re a great way to meet neighbors and have fun. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of excellent.

    I’ve been living here for a while but I haven’t seen any roaches or have had any infestations in my apartment. There wasn’t any mold or any repairs needed. I only stayed here for a year and moved into my own house. But my whole stay I loved it.

    We read all the bad reviews but still came here and all I can say WAS THE WORST DECISION WE EVER MADE , first thing we saw a HORRIBLE GERMAN ROACH contamination we reported so many times but it was pointless , just got worse when they came and sprayed whatever is that they use , then people fighting at 3 am in front of our apartment , the laundry machines always had some problems , our bathroom had a leak from the apartment above that took over 3 MOTHS TO GET FIX , the ROACHES NEVER STOP , they were everywhere room , bathroom even inside our fridge completely disgusting (this is not a place for kids) or anyone honestly. Also, if you’re a gym goer do not plan on using their gym, not only is it small and almost unusable, but the lock was broken to access the gym for roughly the last 3 months of my lease, make sure that if you are planning to use it, YOU MUST USE IT AT A TIME THE PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE IN THE OFFICE, and oh yea MAKE SURE YOU’RE NOT INTERFERING WITH ONE OF THEIR 3 HOUR LUNCH BREAKS. Can’t tell you how many times I came to the gym and they would have a sign on the door for lunch saying “ we’ll be back at X time” and how many times I’d come back and they’d add another 30 mins to the already posted time or another hour, such a waste of time and effort. And after all that we where still being patient ( we had no choice but to wait the end of the contract ) only to find out they where going to charge us 2000 for not letting them know 2 months before that we were leaving (the day we where supposed to leave btw )They failed to ever say ANYTHING ABOUT THAT or even send a reminder ( which is part of the contract) and so much more of disappointment and disrespect from this place it was a ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE , just don’t waste your time and money here ….

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Listen to the reviews and save yourself!! Worst property I’ve ever lived in hands down. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES, the infestation is real, don’t bother calling out their lackluster pest control service who never once made a difference in my apt, had to go out on my own and do my own extermination and spend my own time/ money for something I’m already paying for to get rid of the issue, wish I would have took a picture of the back of my refrigerator when I had to exterminate myself, although they were so nasty google probably would have taken them down lol. Furthermore, this property has a major dumping issue god forbid you’re in a unit near the dumpster or else you might be throwing trash away and get harassed by maintenance for “dumping” lol they do such a bad job of stopping outsiders from dumping that they will resort to trying to say it’s their residents. Ahhh yes speaking of maintenance, my upstairs neighbors had a leaking pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling because the maintenance took so long to fix it that it started to droop down the dry wall and mold/mildew. (Photos provided) The maintenance crew took a staggering 3 MONTHS to finally patch this hole after endless emails and calls trying to get this resolved. When they finally got around to it all the dude did was throw some puddy over the hole and called it a day. NOT LIKE THERE WAS/ STILL IS MOLD SITTING UP THERE FROM NOT PROPERLY FIXING THE LEAK IN A TIMELY MANNER. Needless to say there is mold in the bathroom ceiling in apt. 307! Lastly I would just like to come on here and put the new property manager on BLAST!!! FALLIN, I hope you and your bosses see this; that day I came in the office to get transparency on our lease contract, I had never been in such a situation. FALLIN nicely greeted my finance and I with a nice warming SCREAM and ATTITUDE as soon as we walked in the office, was extremely HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKING COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO WORK IN THIS INDUSTRY, I could go on and on. Was so unprofessional and so unexpected that I recorded our conversation and have everything you said and did that day on recording, absolute atrocity, no resident that has spent $13,000+ with your disgusting property should be treated that way. She even went as far as to tell my finance to leave the office and asked her, verbatim “Are you even on the lease?”, and that she would only like to speak with me “not another woman” because “two women cannot have a reasonable conversation” when it comes to agreements and “money”. Crazy to say in a world full of discrimination, why add to the problem Fallon!?!?!? And btw my Finance obviously communicates at a far higher level than you, and yea as you could see she IS on the lease, good try though, I know that’s definitely outlined in the training on how to communicate with residents. I’ve tried to reach out to ownership and other management and have gotten nowhere (obviously by design), I hope all the managers at Northside heights see this and I hope that someone who has authority over these actions see this because, I have a very intriguing video of our encounter with your new property manager, FALLIN, that I would love to share with someone in upper management/ HR.

    I would give 0 stars if I could, this place is terrible, penny pushers one million percent before moving in was offered a a credit of 1 month free or split into 12 months and pay a little less every month I chose to split it. On the exact day when I moved in they said I said other wise so I had them change it and signed a new lease with the base rent changed to my split credit. So I started paying the said amount and by the time I paid my first bill they said they can’t and don’t do that anymore. Roach infested bought my own stuff to get rid of them and nothing has changed had the office send someone out here and evacuate the apt just to come home and them not do anything but leave a business card these places are overpriced I do NOT recommend. Parking is crazy lived here for 3 months new people show up who don’t even live here and take up all the spots. When you try to call the office it’s hard to get a response then when you finally get an answer told they were busy but when you go to the office they have all the time in the world. Every time you try to have an issue or problem fixed they are little to no help. Shitty place honest to god if you’re looking for a 1 bdr look the other way!!
