  I was never going to leave a review or comment on the things I witnessed while living here for 5 YEARS. But today I got a notification that they sent a random amount to collections after I moved out over a year ago. The issue isn’t even about the money, it’s the fact that I haven’t once been contacted about owing them anything after I moved out. I even logged into my resident portal after to make sure and the move out paperwork I received never specified me owing a single penny. Because if I had known, it 100% would have been paid. Instead they chose to send it to collections without even so much as a phone call or notice. Believe the other negative reviews about this place. Because the entire time I lived there my apartment had leaks, black mold, roaches, cracks down the walls, and raccoons living in the walls and ceilings. I was told by management this was “normal wear and tear” and nothing was ever done to fix anything. Management changed many times and none of them corrected any issues. I always paid rent on time, didn’t disturb anyone or complain. We could also bring up the fact that while I lived there I got extremely ill and was in and out of the hospital for over a month with multiple health issues, and since moving out haven’t had a single health problem since. I have pictures of the mold and everything. This place is not worth the money you think you’ll save. $100 in collections doesn’t matter but the truth about these apartments should be posted.

  I’ve been living here for almost 7 months now, and I have to say Derek and his maintenance staff are the most kindest ppl, very hardworking, and very professional! I never got the chance to get the name of the other maintenance man but I want to give both men their props because they absolutely deserve their recognition!! Derek came to work on a couple things for my unit today and went the extra mile in making sure my unit was taken care of and everything was working properly! Thank you so very much Derek, I appreciate everything y'all do here!!

  The apartments are awful; they deliver them without proper maintenance, and the garbage collection service is terrible—they only pick it up once a week and charged me $25. I don't recommend it unless you want to throw your money away
