Only been here a few months.. most everyone is friendly and helpful.. Only came across 1 that I rather not do business with he is not very knowledgeable of his job and doesn't take anything seriously when you have an issue. Everything is going good.. all but the over charged water bill. Big issue..

The apartments are good and affordable.
They repair things if needed.
But office assistance.... They're supposed to be open but they aren't always open during their operational hours nor do they answer the phone consistently.

First off I would like to begin by stating that I rarely leave reviews anywhere, especially negative ones however this matter must be brought to attention to potentially save future and current residents from their deceptive practices.
Upon my arrival roughly a year and a half ago from moving here by myself, I was greeted by the leasing assistant by the name Rosalinda to pick up my keys; I had walked in into a very weird situation to say the least. A random guy which wasn’t even part of the property was moaning extremely loud in front of me and my mother which already made us extremely uncomfortable to begin with and should’ve been a red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and honestly didn’t want to escalate the situation considering I moved here to be in a more peaceful environment.
Although through continuous efforts to make sure my place was always clean; my unit which was located in building 13, had a roach infestation and an extreme odor and residue of mold throughout which was documented and asked to be removed on multiple occasions and nothing was done whatsoever.
Not only is the staff at this facility incompetent, they also charge hidden fees which weren’t agreed upon in the leasing agreement. I had to intentionally find another apartment due to the safety hazards within the unit and now they are attempting to say that the lease was broken even though every single thing was documented. I have reported this to law enforcement and I will escalate the situation if needed.
Worst part is, they somehow have a way of deleting negative reviews which is illegal as well and can face repercussions from doing so. Being forced to leave this hell hole was a blessing in disguise. Please do not move here, there are plenty of other options.
