  This place is disgusting!! There is roaches everywhere and we keep the place clean. This place was poorly built, moved in and the place was disgusting already, was not properly cleaned and prepared for a new homeowner. I find new spots everyday where roaches are coming underneath carpet where it was poorly placed, and behind the stove. HIGHLY ADVISE do not move here.

  raggedy Roaches Low Water Pressure Showers doesn’t fully come on if you pull to hard it like gonna come out the wall roaches behind oven dishwasher broken electrical issue and sewage coming thru the pipes air and heat barely work they never came and fixed anything psa don’t move here -0/10 you can find better apartments for the price

  Continued maintenance needed. My apartment building is falling apart. It's poorly built. There is a half inch gap between my cabinets and my counter. My bedroom door required constant fixing because the door is too small for the space. 2 floor porches barely sitting on the hurricane straps they are pulled so far apart. After having to leave a bad review last time they finally brought me a dishwasher from another unit(roaches included for free I guess) Plus they upped the rent for no good reason seeing that our apartment has received absolutely ZERO improvements.. not to mention all cabinets and doors are poorly installed onto particleboard and expected to last. Any sheetrock work is slapped together and poorly patched.(mostly due to maintenance being overworked)LET ME BE CLEAR. The maintenance guys are great. (Our main 2 at least). Overall seems to be very poor response time unless publicly called out..(could be office, could be that this whole complex requires so much work..) also had a maintanance request marked completed and the cabnet door (the requested fiz) is still on my bathroom floor. We pay $1500 including ammenitys.. let's not forget they also say "adequate lighting in common area" that means no light in the living room for clarification. They mean adequate when you turn the rest of the lights in the house on.. Will not recommend to anyone. Only reason it has 3 stars is because its close to everything.. convenient yes. Luxury... far from it for close to the same price!
