  Terrible customer service. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. From the very beginning with Brett blowing us off with our appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks prior and a confirmation 2 days prior, to Arturo taking over for Brett and being the Laziest salesmen. Unfortunately for Clayton homes, we have decided to take our money elsewhere and purchase with new construction developer.

  I had a great experience working with Brett while purchasing my manufactured home. From start to finish, his customer service was excellent. He walked with me through all the rooms, he was patient, and always willing to answer my questions, making the entire process feel smooth. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated.   I just purchased a new home from Clayton manufactured homes of Conroe Texas everybody was extremely helpful and explained everything and all my options in great detail from start to finish it only took a week and a half to close on my new home for my son and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking to get in to a home Brett was my salesperson very knowledgeable experienced and down to earth he made buying simple and fast and when he says he's going to do something he does it!!!!
