Despite multiple attempts to reach him messages I still have documented he rarely, if ever, replied. He clearly only cares when the process is simple and easy, but the moment the process requires real effort, he is careless. When our deposit from a home we had put money on was delayed, he failed to notify us or provide any updates. I had to continually follow up and advocate on my own. Very unacceptable.

There’s a lot that goes into the whole home buying process, and they made it so easy and down to earth for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all by any of the sales team, they were all super friendly and welcoming and super helpful, and I would definitely buy there again! I appreciate Isaiah Shepherd, the (general manager) Went above and beyond for my experience, and I appreciate him! Top quality homes for the money! EBuilt efficiency is where it’s at!
