Do not believe any of the 4-5 star reviews that are listed here. This place is absolutely terrible. They do a terrible subpar job of "cleaning" the apartment before you arrive during the first year of your lease. They do not notify you of any additional charges. They will beat around the bush. They don't have any form of security so if disputes happen with neighbors, it's over. Etc. This place was the reason why my first year in College Station was terrible and I will always remember it that way. There was roaches when I moved in, different insects crawling out of the drainage system within the first two weeks I was there, there were already issues like water soaking the ceiling from upstair neighbors. Furniture is so obviously damaged or broken. There was a room in my unit (1821) where there was a previous tenant who let their animals and pets who they had in the apartment, let their animals' bodily fluids soak up the carpet. The team didn't rip off the carpet or anything when that tenant moved out, instead they just cleaned it and did a really terrible job. That room smells musty even to this day! Good reviews come from tenants who are lucky enough to have clean and tidy previous tenants or an entirely cleaned out unit. They are very sneaky with their charges, I will say that again. They kept beating around the bush with me when it came to parking passes, and it led to my car getting towed. If I could go back and time and sign with Park West, I would definitely do that 10/10 times.

They dont care if you are dying or anything, I lived there for three years paid my rent on time and didnt leave any damages and they charged me. I was literally dying and sent them emails about my other situations too, and for over a month they didnt respond then they sent me to collections. They dont care about your life they want you to die. They dont have any sympathy and prey on college kids and their rent. By the way they should have never charged me cause some of the things like the paint was there since I moved in due to there neglect, and yes I had to clean the apartment before I moved in, and yeah we were without AC for a few days, and yeah most of the time our dryer was broken, and the microwave too so that should be a discount never got anything reimbursed. My roommates know this is all true and one of them was able to get their fees waived and me that I was close to losing my life they never cared about anyone but themselves. 3 years never late, and this is what I get in return oh and they took a month to respond and didnt give me a month to respond back. Dont live here, they dont care about you.

the London is good apartment complex is not fancy but its still a decent apartment , amenities are very well equipped and clean , there's plenty of parking , maintenance are very good at getting orders done as quickly as possible as they can yes it sometimes does take some time but you have to be patient , staff are really friendly and helpful and tries to help the residents out, this complex is close to a&m less than 10 min of drive to a&m or blinn. I live in a 4x4 and beginning of move in was rough but staff was helpful to fix some issues happening in the apartment and moving in wasn't bad was smooth.

Whatever you do, do not rent at this place. I made the mistake of staying here for 2 years. At first it was fine then they completely disregarded the fact that my carpet smelled like mold and mildew because it flooded three times. And they did absolutely nothing about it. They left my walls exposed with insulation for a month before fixing it and only because I HAD to tell them they didn’t finish fixing it. And instead of replacing a 12x12 piece of carpet that I could have easily done myself they put 8 industrial fans in our living room, pantry and my room. I had to sleep on the couch while I was sick the entire time because of the mold and exposed insulation. And when I asked to have my rent discounted because I didn’t sleep in my room for a MONTH they only discounted utilities. Everything should have been completely covered since I didn’t use my room at all. Anyways. Rent a house!!! Don’t lease with these people. I wish I had gotten a house way before renting here Key details. My room flooded three times. The carpet was not replaced each time. There was mold everywhere. They said it was “deemed livable” I will show the pictures to see if that place was livable or not.
