My mother lives here. If I could pack her up and move her somewhere else, I would. Unfortunately, that is not an option at this time. And in reality, it should never have to be an option. I should be able to settle my loved one in an apartment where I don’t feel they are being taken for a financial ride. We have no clue the exact rent she is responsible for month to month and there are fees which I find questionable. Doing laundry is a toss of the coin every time, literally, because we are basically throwing money at the machines hoping they will work. It cost us $70 to do laundry. $70. All but one washer leaked all the water on the floor. We had to ring everything out and try the second laundry area and do her wash all over again. It takes two rounds in the dryer to make sure everything comes out dry. At $2 a cycle for each washer and $4 for each dryer, it adds up. That is $6 each load. My car has been towed twice. We’ve dealt with busted pipes, bugs, no AC for months (they installed window units). We had to move her into another apartment after the pipe in the kitchen burst and rent went up because she was supposedly moved to a ‘better’ apartment. Please. Oh, and we can’t get mail service here so that’s a trip to the post office for a PO Box so mom can get her mail. I am by no means unreasonable here. I have lived in apartments, I know stuff happens. But month after month after month…? Do better management. Your residents deserve to have their expectations of a clean, safe place to live. They pay their rent, they pay your ridiculous fees, they do their part - do yours. EDIT: In response to your response. My mother tried calling several times this morning and no one answered, She left a message which was not returned to discuss the issues we had with the laundry facilities. Also, these issues HAVE been brought to your attention each time a problem has occurred. It seems like the only time anyone gets a response to an issue is when they leave a negative review. Again, do better.

I would rate it 0 if I could. My fiance and I came to tour some units and the front desk worker with bangs and curly hair had the most dreadful negative attitude ever. She was rolling her eyes, tossing things on the table while we just stood there awkwardly. We started the tour and she wouldn’t even look at us when she was talking. Her attitude and poor customer service was enough for me to decide that I am not interested at all. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. She genuinely acted like she hated her job.

Rent is due on Sunday so I looked on line at Conserv and saw what my rent would be, went into the office and was told that was only an estimate and it could change before now and Sunday. My question, who is adding more money onto my rent? and Why? Shannon couldn't answer that question. No one knows from month to month what they will be charged, just a crap shoot I guess. When will they get this place right? I did reach out and spoke with Melanie and as I asked her if she knew what she had to pay every month, she told me of course she knew what her mortgage was every month, making sure I knew she didn't rent. So how do you speak to someone who has already decided they are above you. Melanie also hung up the phone on me, so mature. Why don't you reach out to me you know where I live?

We scheduled a tour for Sunday the 11th at 1pm and arrived on time, but the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the representative seemed visibly annoyed that we were there, as if giving us a tour was an inconvenience. She appeared unprepared, barely acknowledged us, and kept us waiting without explanation. Her tone was blunt, uninterested, and unwelcoming, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. The tour itself felt rushed and impersonal, and it was clear she did not want to be there. Although her demeanor improved slightly toward the end, the damage had already been done. Her attitude alone completely turned us off from the property and made us not want to consider it as a place to live.

Just don’t. Don’t make this decision. I am updating this as of 2/5/2026. I have made numerous attempts to contact the actual property management company regarding this property and I just get a voicemail to a person that doesn’t respond back. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a place that shows such a disregard for their property or tenants.
