  I’ve lived at this apartment complex for three years, and I can confidently say it has been one of the most frustrating housing experiences I’ve ever had. The unit was not clean when I moved in, with several things already broken or damaged, and the issues never stopped there. Maintenance is either completely unresponsive or takes weeks to months to handle even basic repairs. My dishwasher has been broken since the day I moved in, and despite countless requests, it has never been fixed. On top of that, communication from the office is terrible. There is no transparency, and half the time you don’t get notified about things that directly affect your apartment. Maintenance entered my unit to “fix” the AC without any email or warning, and in the process they destroyed about $120 worth of my products and nothing was done to take responsibility for it when I went to make a complaint to the office when I walked in to men in my room. Every excuse imaginable is used to justify delays, lack of communication, and unfinished work. This complex is absolutely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, functional, or professionally managed place to live. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  I greatly appreciate the team here! Every time I had something to talk to the leasing office about, they were very helpful and my situation was resolved in a timely manner! They were also very welcoming and kind on the tour!

  Watch the fine print. Would not recommend. Watch out for their "partnership" with a local towing company. Upper management is unresponsive by phone and condescending.

  Warning about Parkway Place Apartments in College Station. I’ve left several messages for the manager, Hunter Wilson, and never got a call back. The staff knew who I was because of the horrible move-in experience with my son’s apartment. Hunter promised me multiple times he’d call within a few days after move-in, but he never did. This level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable from someone running a student housing complex. Future residents and parents should be aware.

  Lived here for 2 years so far and every year just gets worse. My first year I was placed in the wrong unit and was charged to move to my actual unit (mistake on their part). This year my dryer has been broken for almost 2 months and no one has came to fix it. After multiple maintenance requests and trips to the office, the only solution was for them to check it off as “completed” when absolutely nothing had been fixed. Also was promised promotional deals if I had resigned for another year and received 0 of said deals (In fact my rent actually increased while the new residents paid less!). I will not be resigning next year and I would not live here again.
