My daughter moved in this weekend. The room was filthy with dirt and dust hanging off doors and walls. The toile was covered in a dark ring of shit we had to scrub two bottles of Lysol to clean. The bed mattress was dirty stained and the bed frame leg was broken and tilted. We asked about all of these items and nothing was done. We had to order a new mattress off amazon, the bed frame is still broken hoping it will hold up a few more months. There was rat paper under the bathroom sink…….There is an overwhelming smell of feces in the room if you do not continuously run the bathroom vent as if something is dead . I have ringworm today on my arm from cleaning the nastiest dirtiest apt ever in our four years at Texas AM but the blatant disregard by these leasing office personnel is disgusting to make someone clean up after another person this filthy and provide unlivable conditions with no regard. RUN away from this place.. I will be reporting this to BBB and the health department.

The unit was still dirty when we walked in for the first time, there was still food in the fridge and microwave, one of the rooms smelled like vomit, there were multiple plumbing issues and the dryer was broken. When we put in maintenance orders it took over a month for someone to come fix things. The only reason we were treated hospitable was because our parents refused to leave without making sure we were taken care of. After the initial issues everything was ok though. Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for.

The apartments are fine but maintenance can be slow and there have been bugs. The furnishing is fine but our dryer and ac was not working for a while. It is worth the price.

Maintenance has been an awful experience. Months have gone by without fulfilling the requests. They very often leave trash when they do come to do work.

Worst apt experience ever. Moved in to missing drawers, bent blinds, missing tread on stairs, no shower curtain rods, ice maker did not work, yellowed bathtubs, missing caulk, disintegrating particle board in drawers, tubs that did not drain, kitchen faucet popped off and water sprayed everywhere. We put in multiple work orders. The only thing that got fixed was the kitchen faucet. All other work orders “closed” by maintenance. When we moved out Parkway had the audacity to charge us for all the above problems that they never fixed! One of the people in our group (lived in a 4/4) was sent to a collection agency despite our emails and phone calls providing proof otherwise! Yes it’s cheap. But there’s a reason. Buyer beware.
