    This complex allows rapid recovery towing to be on property when EVERYONE from college station knows rapid recovery towing has no physical office, business hours or main phone line to contact. Not to mention having to WAIT to add new vehicles to the parking permits. And before the “owner” of 2818 cares to comment that they have no control over allowing a tow company on property, they DO NOT CARE to protect their tenants from this predatory towing company. YOUR TENANTS PAY TO LIVE HERE. YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM. Under no circumstances trust this complex with your vehicles or your visitors vehicles.

    Units are in terrible condition. Bad paint jobs, bad floor jobs, the trim around the edges are chipped and cracked, I could go on. The walls are ridiculously thin and the people here are rude. There’s a disgusting roach and spider problem to add on. When I moved in, I could tell my apartment had never been deep cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    DONT MOVE HERE!!! When my roommates and I moved in our kitchen was flooded and once maintenance came they just unplugged the dishwasher. We were promised grey furniture and we ended up with grey and brown furniture. Walk ways and buildings are not kept up with. We never got our mailbox keys after they said they would give them to us. Took almost 2 months to get our keys to our own rooms. I was told I was moving into a standard plus which is supposed to be bigger than the model home and it seems that my apartment is the same size. Lastly they changed our locks without of us knowing. They never let us know and we only found out because my roommate could not get into our apartment. It took 2 hours for her to get into contact with anyone to help.

    It’s pretty okay for its price. It’s got a lot of free food events and the actual property doesn’t feel as dystopian and industrial as some of the newer apartment complexes. That said the place has got a lot of issues that they’re fixing, but not very fast. Expect stuff like random accidental charges on your rent, bathrooms not working randomly, and more. They aren’t predatory though and are working to fix this stuff.
