  Don’t waste time with this apartment complex. They will take your money and give you the run around for weeks. It’s been 4 months and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I applied for these apartments in January and got the run around for 3 weeks I would call to check the status and would talk to a man from the leasing company and he would said 48 hours every-time. When I did finally hear something back he claimed it would be 48 hours before I would get a call back for my refund of the holding deposit that never happened. When you call no one ever answers the phone I left plenty of voicemails and no one ever called back. I even went back to the office and they were not even able to get in contact with the company. I then received an email 2 months later saying a check would be mailed to me it’s now April and I still have yet to get anything in the mail. Unless you want to just throw your money away don’t bother even wasting time on this apartment complex.

  Vacating Apartment 1415 Christian Huff to leasing Nov 30, 2025Details To whom it may concern: Regarding the lease for apartment #1415 at Royal Wildewood Manor Apartments. As of November 31, 2025 I have moved out for the following reasons; -The rent has increased considerably. It is now $881when I originally was quoted $640. The advertisement on your website is $495, this is a massive discrepancy. -Concern for my safety, well-being and privacy. The tenants directly below me are extremely loud well into early morning hours most nights, talking loudly, yelling, smoking inside and outside. I have not been able to sleep or enjoy my stay here due to the loud metal dolly wheeling appliances and equipment in and out of the apartment below me and the constant banging and dropping of tools on their patio day and night. The smell of smoke coming up through my living room and bathroom vent and constant yelling inside and outside. I returned Friday morning to move some of my possessions and my door was unlocked. I absolutely know I locked it when I left and have a witness. I believe the tenant below me had his maintenance friends open my apartment and enter knowing I was gone the evening of Thanksgiving. I cannot afford the price increase and I do not feel safe and have decided to move back to Utah. There is one door key in a kitchen drawer, the other door key and the mail keys will be left in the mailbox for 1415. I left the door locked and will not be returning to the property. FYI- the front right burner on the stove top has been dangerously wired and sparks when it is turned on, it's an extreme firehazard, I never used it. Enjoy your holidays. Christian Huff

  I put in maintenance requests for broken outlets, broken shower rod and no hot water and Nataly told me “you’re putting in too many requests”. Don’t move here. I moved here in February 2026. I made a big mistake‼️. My 2nd night here the freezer stopped working and I lost all my food‼️ On April 9, I called emergency maintenance because of a Busted water pipe over my tub. 3 days unusable shower!. I have a long list of problems dealing with manager. I’m trying to negotiate a lease termination so I can move. If they let me out of my lease, I will consider revising this review but I won’t be pressured or coerced.

  I’ve had pest problems since day one.Its infested very badly at least in building 20 at one point maintenance came quick to fix the problem but after a month it stopped. I started to notice I had work orders in to fix major problems like a hole that was in my celling in my bathroom from a leak that they stopped the leak but never repaired, or patched the hole ,my bathtub was chipping off over 6 months never fixed but they completed on the the app I put in again and I was told someone will come look at it honestly I can go on and on they are about turnaround and getting the vacant apartments on the market more then the residents currently staying there I guess it’s good to get in on a special while in a pinch but you’ll regret it major water/leak numerous times my water will get turn off because of a problem in another unit and they WILL add on to the water charge for problems my water charge would vary from 60 to 85 dollars a month and trash fee is outrageous once I left trust they did charge for all it …rent at your own risk I left not only because i had one rough month after over a year and needed some time they tried to evict me if I wouldn’t have paid , I noticed maintenance getting these places fixed instead of ones that were paying rent on time ever month for over a year I decided to pay a extra 100 dollars somewhere much modern and nicer like I said rent at your own risk everyone has a different encounter that’s just mine
