  Been living here for three years and had no issues with getting any of my work orders resolved. Overall communication is great aswell.

  Update: I got a new fridge DAYS later and all my food spoiled no offer to replace any of the food that was lost due to there own negligence, and to make matters worse the maintenance men dragged the old fridge across my carpet when they were told to use a dolly so now I have large oil stains on my carpet MONTHS later that I can’t get out and makes my main room look disgusting and dirty I was told multiple times someone would be up to clean my carpet but hasn’t been yet The fuse to my fridge blew and was told at noon someone would be out same day as it’s pretty important so my food wouldn’t spoil , no one came till 4pm the next day they fixed the fuse but the the fridge stopped working again same night and everything in my fridge spoiled and freezer thawed. Iv had issues since the day iv moved took months just to get access to my mail key, my ac barely works, there’s a leak under my sink that they “fixed” just avoid this place

  A/C out 6 times in less than 4 months .dishwasher didn't work garbage disposal dont work. Plugs dont work. Bathtub and bathroom sink dont drain . To get it fixed is lije pulling teeth . Been living here about 4 months still waiting to get most things fixed this place is a joke dont rent from here

  This place is a Joke! I was supposed to see an apartment that I had been waiting on for about 5 weeks. The first excuse was the apartment wasn't ready because someone had just moved out of it and it had to be worked on first. That's understandable! I didn't argue with that a bit. I asked about how long it would be until it was ready and was told about 2 weeks. I called and was told it was ready. When my husband and I arrived to view the apartment we were told once again it wasn't ready. So I called again and found out that the actual apartment office located in the apartment parking lot is not who you talk to when you call. It's their answering service. So long story short we made an appointment to go look at the apartment, had a scheduled time to be there, 3:00 pm, we arrived on time just to find a sign stating they would be back at 2:30. People we get there at 3:00 sharp, so I knocked on the door and finally an employee came out and said that the particular apartment we had been waiting for had already been leased. I am disabled and on oxygen 24/7 and I struggle to do anything at all. This was very upsetting to me. My recommendation is if you decide to lease from here you need to make sure that you (1) don't call, (2) go there in person (3) have plenty of money because their always changing prices!
