    RENTER BEWARE!!!! I helped my daughter move into this complex, at 1st everything was great. The unit she got was nice, new appliances and new paint, carpet etc.....heard all the typical promises before moving in etc, but now that she has been there for 3 months her experience has been horrendous! She puts in work orders online and they’re ignored. She goes in and talks to management and she's ignored. She was promised a bedroom door the day she moved in and still doesn't have one!!! she still has to keep a pot under her kitchen sink because the pipes leak even though they have attempted to fix it several times, now the bathtub faucet is leaking so bad its gone from a trickle to a steady stream of water, they have to close the bathroom door just to get any sleep and the constant moisture in the bathroom is causing a mold issue which is unsafe for their 4 month old baby and themselves..... This has been brought up to management several times and nothing is being done about it. My husband and I have both gone in and talked to management to try and help our daughter. I wouldn't recommend this slum to my worst enemy! Something needs to be done about these horrible living conditions. Needless to say, my daughter and her family will not be renewing their lease.

    I work in this industry and do not recommend this complex at all. I went by to tour and do an application after walking with the manager I noticed she really didn’t know too much. Pricing or anything. The model was nice for a good price. I did the application and took it in. I got an email I was approved but never at all heard from the manager or office. I got in touch with the leasing agent, who was ever the only one to help me. But she would not be getting the commission due to the manager walking me so it was unfair to her. I wanted to walk the unit 2 days before move in. I called 30 times with no answer. Finally had my sister go into the office because I live a hour away. She wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes. I then speak to the assistant who I let know I’d like to walk the unit before move in Saturday. She lets me know I can see it THAT day and it looks like the model unit. Which I already knew it did not. The amount of unprofessional here is not okay. If you’d treat a new applicant and move in like that I can’t imagine the way you treat your residents. Again, I work in this industry so this beyond belief of how to treat prospects, applicants and move ins.

    Summer has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wants for our new apartment, and we can't thank her enough for her kindness and patience we're forever grateful for her awesome superhuman patience it made the process get done smoothly and in a timely manner. She is a great addition to the team!

    I came in with urgency to get moved into a two bedroom apartment for my children and I. Ms. Summer was very informative and made rime to show me 3 apartments that could fit my needs. She was very friendly, accommodating, and caring about getting me in a space that would feel like home and fits my needs. I am sold on getting a two bedroom at this location. Thanks again Summer.
