    Great place to live! After the change of management, things got much better. The office staff is very helpful, especially Ana—you can tell she truly loves helping people. So sad we had to leave because my husband was transferred.

    I moved in here about 6 months ago. I saw the model unit and signed my lease as I was promised a newly renovated unit. I moved in and submitted a list of issues. Since the management has changed and part of the maintenance team as well. For some issues on my list they need a little longer as they have a out 200 units. The main issue here seem to be some residents who like to live in and on a dump. They throw their trash where they go and stay, that is how their vehicles look like and that is how their apartments look like. But that is not the managements issue. I never had any issues with the new management. They are nice, smiling, treat me right and put my list on a list that maintenance team will work. Some take a little longer than others. On Friday they always treat their residents with cookies and more. They try their best to get rid of the bad residents. But have to obey the law. Some residents just need to stop making this a dump with dog poop everywhere, ripped off fence boards and trash flying around. Slowly but surely it will get better when everybody works on it ..... If people are filthy then roaches thrive ...... Thank you Anna, thank you Summer and thank you maintenance for your good effort

    I had a great experience working with Summer! From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from touring the apartment to signing the lease and moving in. took the time to explain everything clearly, were very patient, and made sure I found the right place for my needs. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but it really shows in the way they do their job.

    I would give this place zero stars if I could for the way it was when we moved in here in 2024 and we were given an unfinished apartment with holes in the carpet. And holes in the bathroom door of my mother's room and missing doors and the doors we do have are broken I cant even close the one for my bedroom , we couldn't use our one shower for the entire time we have lived here because nobody ever came to fix it even though we put in work orders. And the shower we have frequently fluctuates when trying to shower ,and worst is we have a major problem with a roach infestation that has never been dealt with which we have reported to the old management team bug we were ignored. And my mom cant live with us right now because she cant walk up the steps she has knee problems and we have been asking for a first floor place since about four months after moving in and we have yet again been ignored and we were told a number and walked over to look through the windows and it's not ready and we are supposed to be moving in on the tenth of march 2026 and we already paid the deposit, I will say that most problems that haven't been cared for happened under old management and the new management already had someone come look at our shower and it's finally been fixed. I hope this means good things for the future but we will have to wait and see , I'll be back to give an update when we move into the new apartment and if they try to keep our deposit even though they gave us an unfinished place in the first place, I'm holding on to hope since we recently switched to new management that our situation will improve, i will say they are alot kinder and positive and professional than the last team was. Update April 2026 We are moving none of the problems have been solved and when we wanted to move t I another apartment in the same complex they said they would have to walk through ours to see if we would be allowed to move and basically called me a liar when I told them we got the apartment like this , these people are even worse than the last were

    RENTER BEWARE!!!! I helped my daughter move into this complex, at 1st everything was great. The unit she got was nice, new appliances and new paint, carpet etc.....heard all the typical promises before moving in etc, but now that she has been there for 3 months her experience has been horrendous! She puts in work orders online and they’re ignored. She goes in and talks to management and she's ignored. She was promised a bedroom door the day she moved in and still doesn't have one!!! she still has to keep a pot under her kitchen sink because the pipes leak even though they have attempted to fix it several times, now the bathtub faucet is leaking so bad its gone from a trickle to a steady stream of water, they have to close the bathroom door just to get any sleep and the constant moisture in the bathroom is causing a mold issue which is unsafe for their 4 month old baby and themselves..... This has been brought up to management several times and nothing is being done about it. My husband and I have both gone in and talked to management to try and help our daughter. I wouldn't recommend this slum to my worst enemy! Something needs to be done about these horrible living conditions. Needless to say, my daughter and her family will not be renewing their lease.
