  We lived 2.5 years in this complex. Overall it was a good experience. Management was always helpful and maintenance team was always friendly and quick to respond issues in apartment.

  I can’t speak for the earlier residents that stayed at Cleburne Terrace. The two years that I have lived here, hasn’t been anything less than AWESOME! The staff has been really helpful and professional. The maintenance team, thou they may be short staffed, really work hard to keep C-Terrance clean and neat. Removing clutter in places, that could cause hazard and danger, and unwanted critters. The Manager and Assistant Manager, look to help their residents, as much as possible. The residents are good hard working people, the kiddos are kiddos. They play together as if they are one BIG family. I feel that it is safe here as well. We try to look after, one another as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Cleburne Terrace to anyone, even if it should move. JUST LOVE IT!

  Lived here for years, office and maintenance staff are wonderful. Pool and property kept clean. Pet and child friendly!

  I wish I would of listened to my gut and not got this apartment. The first week I was there I had a maintenance issues. Went to the office told the lady and filled the maintenance slip out and nothing! A week later after I sent my daughter to the office to see about it did they finally come and fix it. (Even that took another week and two different maintenance men) Then the air conditioner went bonkers. A month has went by and it is still on the blink. I have heard every story under the moon and heard lots of reasons why it is not fixed. To much freon to little freon to we changed all the freon. It's an up stairs apartment so it isn't going to get cold. 77* should be good that's what I keep mine on from one maintenance man while the other said 75* is what he keeps his thermostat on. Sorry folks I like it 70 degrees not 77-82 when trying to sleep! Another one said there was not enough insulation around the duct work. They did tell me they put a new unit on the outside for the apartment. But the problem stayed the same. They told me lots of stories though. As you can tell they did come a few times to give me a new story by different " in house" maintenance personal who looked at the problem. However, there is no feedback. You are left wondering if they came or not. No calls to see if the problem is fixed. The office never answers the phone and never replies to a message left. I had to go knock on the maintenance mans door or take off work early to get anything different done. It took me holding my rent hostage until the problem got fixed or to be released from my contract to get anything done. I was told by the manger she had to talk to her regional manger and she would let me know something. 6 days later (today) she called me to let me know they would let me out of my contract. YEAH!!!! I gave this place one star because it didn't give me an option for negative stars. On a plus note... It is a very quite place and I never saw one spider/bug/roach in the four months I have been here.
