Everyone at this place is always smiling and welcoming, unlike many others who put a face like "why are you here?". I was working with Manny (Soto) and he is by far the best sales person I have met. He is very professional, always communicates well, discloses all the facts and provides all the options patiently without cutting corners. We did buy the house and all the credit goes to Manny for this seamless communication and willingness to help. The teams from other departments at Pulte have been great and pleasant to work with. Hence, the 5-star rating.
- NNNinjaMay 20, 20231.0Don’t go to Celina ,Tx for buying home with pulte, I don’t know if people all over faced similar issue with Pulte but especially in Celina they are very unprofessional and really bad , I am there at the office for 10 am appointment and no one at office after making couple calls they came at 10:30 and I waited to get Lawson model for one year and when I came to office the sales guy Alejandro Bayo simple said they are not selling Lawson , why don’t they say while I book my appointment and coming to manners how they treat us ( customers ) my wife is pregnant and we waited 30 mins for them and when he comes No shake hands and not even offered some water ( I asked can I get some water , and he directed to get water from fridge ) wow just wow ..Never ever going to buy my First home with this kind of guys ..Worst worst worst behavior don’t you guys please don’t waste your time on this guys.
