  Love this property!! My sister and I toured this property yesterday with the maintenance guy Tommy who was amazing. He’s from our hometown so it was great meeting someone who instantly made it feel like home. The units are a great size, well priced, and the curb appeal is immaculate. Unfortunately, it’s a little too far from where I need to be, but I’m grateful for the awesome experience.

  We love the actual complex and homes. It’s fairly quiet here, except for a few noisy (loud exhaust and engine) cars, but I guess that’s anywhere you go. The amenities are nice. Office staff are really bad at replying to queries or emails though (hence my 3 stars). They never walk around or check on complex like the office staff that worked here before them. The maintenance staff seem to be good though. Of course parking is a big problem for people that have more than one vehicle. Rats are also plentiful and a menace. Landscapers are a nightmare as we never know when they are going to show up (or if they even do), so that we can put our pets away, plus they don’t always deliver the best service. Only two trash dumpsters for the whole complex is also ridiculous and they are always overflowing and messy. It would be a great place to live if those negatives get improved on.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and consistently positive attitude make every interaction easy and reassuring. He handles every request with care and efficiency, and it’s clear he truly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated. Parkhouse Celina is lucky to have him, and his excellent service makes a real difference for residents. Highly recommend Tommy for anyone needing top‑tier maintenance support.

  OH MY GOSH!! EVERYTIME I GO INTO THE OFFICE THEY ARE SO HELPFUL. I love living here, because of all of the office events I got to meet some real genuine friends. Ray literally is the sweetest and always checks up on me whenever I may have a concern. And dont get me started on Crystal, she is the best. She makes me feel so comfortable and like a queen. They are truly so welcoming and treats every resident as if we’re family. Which is exactly how I feel. Like family. I definitely recommend!!!

  What isn’t there to say about ParcHaus Celina… we absolutely LOVE this place! We’re five months into our lease and truly couldn’t be happier. A huge shoutout to the incredible leasing team! Kristle has made our experience here so wonderful. She’s always communicative, quick to answer any questions, and such a genuine people person. We initially toured with another agent who gave us a fantastic first impression, but Kristle truly sealed the deal for us. They were also incredibly accommodating with our service dogs and welcomed us right into the ParcHaus family. There’s also a new addition to the leasing team, Rae, who has been amazing—very caring, straightforward, and easy to communicate with while maintaining professionalism. Maintenance has been just as great—always helpful and quick to respond whenever needed. I’ll be honest, we had some hesitation after reading previous reviews before moving in. But this property and management team have completely transformed the community into such an amazing place to call home. It’s always okay to ask questions instead of assuming the worst—this team genuinely makes sure you’re taken care of. We’re so happy we chose to call this place home!
