Yes, but I'd have to be fully retired or WFH on a regular basis as driving to Dallas daily is not even a consideration from this far out, at least not for me. That said, the model homes were great, the long-term plans around this development look to be exceptional. Go see Mark Elfenbein and the other wonderful folks at Legacy Hills. I saw the comment that someone couldn't find it, I had zero issues as my GPS took me straight there, and the drive out was a lot of fun, felt like a "country" drive. :-) Given the location is well out there, at least for the moment, you'll get a way better cost point than buying down in Frisco or Prosper area and the property value should only go up. The amenity center isn't finished yet, but it's really close and looks like it's going to be awesome.
