  Not the review leaving type but just WOW! Paid our $100 for app fees 8 days ago now .. Never received a SINGLE communication from anyone. Not once. I called 8x yesterday, every two hours, nothing. I called 4x in a row this morning and was literally stunned when someone finally answered, the female was incredibly rude and gave me absolutely zero information. I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life. Shame on this company. EDIT: They saw my review and promptly offered me refund of my $100 app fees to take the review down, or threatened me with a lawsuit for presentation of misinformation. This place is unbelievable. 2nd EDIT: They have responded claiming false information, and I have proof that they never attempted, a single time to contact me or my fiancee in regards to the lack of screening results. We are established business owners (5+ years), with great rental history, and plenty of financial documents to prove our income, but because they never asked, after my 20+ phone calls trying to follow up, I didn’t know what to provide. Mind you, we uploaded several months of personal and business bank statements, as well as 2 years of personal tax returns. Calling us scammers is wildly unprofessional, but creeping up on defamation of character. This process is a shame, and good luck to anyone who tries to rent from them in the future. There’s a reason we’ve always rented from private landlords in the past, this just further enforces our beliefs that property management companies have terrible customer service, and aren’t worth the hassle.

  I was struggling for months to rent out my house through another property manager, but everything changed when I found Darrel. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and handled the entire process with professionalism and ease. To my surprise, he rented out my house very quickly. I was truly impressed by how smoothly everything was managed from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with him, and I’m very grateful for his help. I highly recommend Darrel to anyone in need of property management services.
