  I’ve been living here for about five months, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend this building. They won’t let you tour the exact apartment that you’re living in until you sign the lease even though there’s multiple apartments vacant that you could tour.. The walls and ceilings still have patches that were never finished, the dishwasher has never worked, and the sprinkler system is actually falling out of the walls. The vents were spray-painted over without being cleaned(definitely mold in the vents) the gate doesn’t work. Convenience fee is almost $32 10% of rent to pay your rent through the app.

  Honestly the one star is for the fact when I moved here I originally wanted a one bedroom not a two but since they had none they put me in a two and honestly I have been struggling every month just to pay it so I know my renewal was coming up and asked to transfer to a one bedroom and was told no since ive had so many late fees but thats my point ive had late fees because its just me paying for a 2 bedroom and I can barely afford it with my current job but yet instead of helping me and allowing me to transfer to a one bedroom which would eliminate the late fees ive had the last like year your going to basically force me into staying in a two bedroom apartment that I struggle to pay every month not to mention the fact that I have neighbors above me that constantly bang all night and day and ive complained about it but yet it still keeps happening and honestly during the day I would not care but thats the only time I can sleep now since I work over night but if I could afford to move I would've done it already because I'm very tired of living here and then you have these people who cut the grass blowing dirt all on our patios and then expect us to just deal with it ive had to blow my patio off every Monday after they leave because they don't get how to blow properly like why are you blowing the grass and dirt when you should be blowing the walk ways and sidewalks idk I'm just kinda done putting in the effort to say anything as nothing is done about it and not to mention they could add more handicap spots so that I have a place to put my car when I get home from a 12 hour shift

  When I first moved in here back in 2019 things were good, we went through some bad management for a while and then Priscilla came along and really changed a lot of things and made things better. Then Audra took over and has continued to make great improvements to the community. They’ve done a lot of upgrades and respond to maintenance requests pretty quickly. Every complex has their issues but overall this is a great place for you and your kids. It’s quiet, and I love my neighbors.. well most of them lol. And honestly for the price, you won’t find many apartments with this pricing in a great area!
