- JJJessicaOct 29, 20251.0I applied for an apartment here for a 3-month lease agreement. while my new home was being completed. I paid a total of $320 — $120 for the application fee and $200 for the holding fee. The same day I applied, I was denied. The property kept my $200 holding fee, claiming I falsified information, which was completely untrue. Later, I discovered I had an old apartment balance from three years ago that I wasn’t aware of that I’d been sued, they refused to refund my money. I just want to encourage others to do their research before applying. Ironically, I was able to purchase a $600,000 home — but I couldn’t even qualify to lease from this property. Their qualifications are unreasonable, and not everyone applying are SCAMMERS!!!!!!
