- EJEbony J1 day ago5.0Its been almost 3 years I have been living in these apartments and I really like them. My building is quiet and everybody pretty much stay to themselves. The people in the office are always nice. They even offer pizza or snacks on some days when you stop by the office. Feliciti is super sweet and the office manager Damaris. I can’t forget to acknowledge the maintenance men Mario and Edgar as well. Any work order I have put in was completed the very next morning. They are very nice and friendly as well. No complaints at all. These are nice apartments and of course everyone experience will be different but mine have been just fine. Pay your rent on time and mind your business and you will have a good experience too. :)

- JLJay LaboyNov 6, 20251.0we pay so much money and can only have 1 car registered or have to pay more money for a carport or garage… We don’t get to use the amenities because they’re always locked and expect your rent to fluctuate each month and you’ll never know why…Not to mention they’ve made it so hard to even register your guests with this new “towing company” they’re using.. i wouldn’t move here if I were you and i actually understand why so many people are moving out NOT to mention they advertise “power washed” hallways and in my 3 years living here they’ve only power washed the hallway 1 time…
