We came into this place and was greeted very well but, once we sat down to talk about our budget and what we wanted, they defiantly had no care. I get it, our budget was not the best, but they wouldn't even show us homes without forcing us to fill out a application. At least the last place we went to, they showed us homes first while talking about our budget. Kept talking to us about how our budget was unrealistic and how we need to source out for land way out of Bastrop like Paige, and we will never get the price we are looking for. Again, I get it, our budget was low but at least make a person feel like you want their business. Show them they matter and not make them feel like they will never be home owners. I mean they even had the nerve to tell us the only thing we might be able to afford with our budget is a repo/used home. If they would of treated us differently, we would of most likey came up on our budget. We ended up finding a great mobile home place in Taylor Called Korte Homes, and boy im glad God led us to them because they helped us out a lot and we even raised our budget and we our now already closed on our new home and land IN BASTROP!
