- HGHeidi GiddanJan 24, 20265.0I’ve been living here since December. The staff is SO friendly and helpful. The maintenance is very responsive and thorough. The grounds are very well kept and so far it is very quiet and no issues. I love my new place!

Facilities aside, when it came time to renew or terminate the lease, I terminated with notice to the office. After move out, I receive a bill stating I did not provide proper notice, being short of 12 days. I showed management receipt and talked all the way up to the district manager and had they stated they would rescind the "late" fee. Later that year I get notified a bill was sent to collections. In short, management will say whatever they need to for you to get off the phone.

- ABAlicia BryantAug 21, 20233.0Going on my 5th year here. It’s quiet, grounds are kept pretty clean,(except my neighbors dogs poop🙄) staff is nice and tries to work with you. Reynado the maintenance man works hard. I’m not a fan of the smoke free community which apparently does have a smoking section in the way back of the community. Apartments are kind of older with some “upgrades”, but prices to me are kind of high
