  I have been here and about 10 years and the maintenance men help have always been quick to respond and help me with any problems I had. The agents in the office have always been friendly and helpful. I haven’t used the exercise room for a while but I plan to in 2026. They have several walking machines and other equipment. The location has been great with my job being so close to Hwy 121 and easy access to Hwy 35.

  As a resident for over 2 years, I love my apartment! The leasing staff is very helpful and communicative. It is very easy to get service requests fixed within 48 hours. The community is quiet and the people are friendly. My only thing is parking can be inconvenient at times, especially coming in later in the evening.

  Overall I love living here. Parking can be crappy sometimes but as far as maintenance request and dealing with the leasing office, they are so nice and professional.

  I’ve been living at Springs on Indian Creek for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The community is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful — any time I’ve needed something, maintenance responds quickly and gets it taken care of right away. The apartments themselves are spacious with modern finishes, high ceilings, and great natural light. I love how safe and peaceful it feels here, and the gated entry gives me extra peace of mind. The amenities are also a huge plus — the pool area is beautiful, the fitness center is always spotless, and the dog park is perfect for pet owners. It really feels like home here. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live in Carrollton, I highly recommend Springs on Indian Creek!
