  I have lived at the Springs of Indian Creek for almost a year now, and have loved it! I have 0 safety concerns, maintenance is responsive and timely, and the leasing staff is super friendly and willing to help answer any questions I have.

  I just re-signed my lease and I have had nothing, but a positive experience living here. It is quiet and the staff continues to be friendly and helpful!

  I have been here and about 10 years and the maintenance men help have always been quick to respond and help me with any problems I had. The agents in the office have always been friendly and helpful. I haven’t used the exercise room for a while but I plan to in 2026. They have several walking machines and other equipment. The location has been great with my job being so close to Hwy 121 and easy access to Hwy 35.

  As a resident for over 2 years, I love my apartment! The leasing staff is very helpful and communicative. It is very easy to get service requests fixed within 48 hours. The community is quiet and the people are friendly. My only thing is parking can be inconvenient at times, especially coming in later in the evening.
