  I consider this to be the worst complex I have ever lived in. The manager, DELORES GARCÍA, is an incompetent, disrespectful, and rude person. At first she treats you well, but if you complain about something, she treats you badly and plays the offended victim. How long will this woman be allowed to do whatever she wants with the tenants? Upper management should supervise her and realize that everything she is doing is wrong. Do not rent here while she is still here. Do not trust the good reviews because they are all a lie.

  Ms. Delores was a huge help to us during what could have been a stressful move. This was my girlfriend’s first apartment, with no credit or rental history, and she made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. She was patient, clear, and genuinely kind the entire time. She took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and guide us through each step without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Even when things were a little complicated, she stayed calm and supportive, which really meant a lot. Because of her, we’re genuinely excited to be part of The Embry community and start this next chapter. If you’re moving here, I highly recommend working with Ms. Delores — she really makes a difference.

  Maintenance suck maintenance sucks maintenance sucks….period needs to do better no excuse Y’all are business with over 100 units and two men’s is unacceptable
