  Tonia and Charlotte, who work at Atlas Point at Preston Road, were very friendly, listened attentively, and answered all of my questions. The property is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this community and its amazing, professional staff.

  Solstice Senior Living in Plano is truly a wonderful place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and positivity that fills the environment. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and genuinely caring; they go out of their way to make residents and visitors feel comfortable and valued. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and relaxing, creating a real sense of community. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in maintaining both the cleanliness and the cheerful energy of the space. Whether you’re visiting a loved one or simply stopping by, it’s easy to see why so many residents feel at home here. Highly recommended.

  Staff when I moved in was great, and remained so until I moved out. Special offer allowed me to live here on my budget. Pandemic changed many things. No fault of Atlas Point. Maintenance was prompt. I met some good people here. Courtesy Van was a plus. Decided to move when rent went up, and to be closer to family. When I moved out I paid my last bill with Taylor. She told me there was NO CHARGE for cleaning the apartment. I paid my final bill as instructed on her verbal. In my mail today, 10-12, is a bill for $80 for a final clean. I didn't leave the apartment dirty. This charge would be there if the apartment was cleaned professionally. The deadline to pay was ten days after moving out. I went on Taylor's verbal to me. A deception, or she doesn't know company policy. Leaving with a bit of a sour taste from this misinformation.
