  Very terrible place to live, not even the luckiest person alive would have a good experience with this apartment complex. I lived there for over a year and the only growth I saw was mold and rat droppings. The management and maintenance staff is almost nonexistent, with the exception of one person who supposedly worked there but never got anything done. Every single issue went unsolved, even the hole in my patio that almost broke my ankle. You WILL encounter if not the same issues, something else if you decide to live here. Please save your money and peace of mind by living anywhere else but here. Thank you 18 Eleven for absolutely nothing but making me realize my family deserves better than living in filth. <3

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Upon move in the apartment reeked of paint fumes, the kitchen, fridge, and freezer were crawling with dead and alive German roaches. 2/4 stovetop burners didn’t even work. I’ve lived here for almost 4 months and NEVER had a working dishwasher, they continue to give me the runaround and can’t give a straight answer to when I’ll ever get the replacement and they don’t offer “vouchers or discounts” so I’m paying full rent still for this, they’ve even told me it wasn’t a priority to them because something else came up. The location is great and this place had so much potential if management wasn’t awful. There’s better places out there, don’t come here. I wish my lease ended sooner.

  These guys are very accommodating and I really like the apartments. The neighbors I have are very nice as well. 1811 is a solid spot!

  Overall a good experience. Moved in about a year ago. Never had any serious problems. They’re slow to fix exterior problems and seem a bit unorganized overall. Nothing that is really a big concern just kind of annoying. I did love my unit. Nice layout a bit outdated but nothing crazy. Overall I would renew if it wasn’t so far from work.

  Horrible services i live here and they treat you like trash sara Campos just trew are complaints down the drain about having rats in the apt RATS we told them that they were out side and now they found a way in im so disgusted about this if I could give them a negative number I would I would never recommend anyone to live here they dont take there job seriously all they care about is there money
