  If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I absolutely would. Living here has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire complex recently went without hot water for SIX DAYS. Six days without a basic necessity, and management offered no compensation, no real solutions, and little communication to residents who were expected to just deal with it. Being forced to take freezing cold showers after work for nearly a week is unacceptable anywhere, especially at a place that charges full rent every month. The maintenance issues are constant and clearly not properly addressed. The HVAC system regularly has problems, and the plumbing is terrible. My toilet frequently won’t flush unless I take the lid off the tank and manually hold a piece down just to get it to work. That is something no resident should have to do just to use their own bathroom. Even after reporting it, the issue comes back again within a day or two. Then there’s the front office staff, specifically Sarah. I noticed multiple other reviews mentioning her, and unfortunately my experience was exactly the same. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when I tried to address an issue. When residents go to the office for help, they shouldn’t be treated like they’re inconveniencing the staff simply for asking questions about problems in their own apartment. Safety is also a serious concern. I woke up to gunshots a few nights ago, which was extremely alarming and speaks volumes about the environment here. Between the lack of hot water, ongoing maintenance failures, unprofessional staff, and safety concerns, living here has been an absolute nightmare. Management seems completely comfortable collecting rent while ignoring the serious issues residents are dealing with. At this point, I am actively looking for a way to get out of my lease as soon as possible. Renters deserve better than this.

  TERRIBLE COMMUNITY, DISRESPECTFUL LEASING AGENT (SARAH), NON RESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT.HOT WATER ISSUES(as is there is NONE) This community is a NIGHTMARE. BELIEVE the reviews. Sarah in the front office is not worth the time it takes to even ask for help. She is consistently rude with no remorse. The residents here pay hard earned money to have a safe environment, a clean living area and issues such as NO HOT WATER FOR DAYS resolved in a timely manner. It is frustrating beyond believe that someone with such terrible customer service is the face for this place. Shes definitely mentioned in other reviews here.. PAY ATTENTION. GO ELSE WHERE.. SOMEWHERE THAT CARES ABOUT THIER RESIDENTS. NANCY- where are you at???? How are you going to fix this???? And do not reply back with an automated response on how sorry you are with an email contact. Been there, done that.. do better!

  Very terrible place to live, not even the luckiest person alive would have a good experience with this apartment complex. I lived there for over a year and the only growth I saw was mold and rat droppings. The management and maintenance staff is almost nonexistent, with the exception of one person who supposedly worked there but never got anything done. Every single issue went unsolved, even the hole in my patio that almost broke my ankle. You WILL encounter if not the same issues, something else if you decide to live here. Please save your money and peace of mind by living anywhere else but here. Thank you 18 Eleven for absolutely nothing but making me realize my family deserves better than living in filth. <3

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Upon move in the apartment reeked of paint fumes, the kitchen, fridge, and freezer were crawling with dead and alive German roaches. 2/4 stovetop burners didn’t even work. I’ve lived here for almost 4 months and NEVER had a working dishwasher, they continue to give me the runaround and can’t give a straight answer to when I’ll ever get the replacement and they don’t offer “vouchers or discounts” so I’m paying full rent still for this, they’ve even told me it wasn’t a priority to them because something else came up. The location is great and this place had so much potential if management wasn’t awful. There’s better places out there, don’t come here. I wish my lease ended sooner.

  These guys are very accommodating and I really like the apartments. The neighbors I have are very nice as well. 1811 is a solid spot!
