- BTBonnie ThielmierAug 12, 20243.0We were out of town buyers trying to purchase home on Contingency Contract. Being a realtor myself my husband could not believe some of the things that took place. Our agent didn't show up to inspection or advise her clients to keep certain areas clear so home could be properly inspected which ended up having to be reinspected. 90 days into the contract the home that was CONTINGENT is now ACTIVE ! Not sure legally how you do that with a BINDING CONTRACT and a large sum of Earnest Money. Long story short we bailed. Not sure we will even look in that area again. Money and time totally wasted.... Not very professional!

I purchased a home in Canyon Lake from out of state. Chrystal was very knowledgeable of the area and very informative. When you are making a purchase from out state, communication is so important. Chrystal is on it! She will stand by your side and inform you through your entire purchase journey...and even after. I ended up with roof issues three weeks after closing and Chrystal went above and beyond the call of duty! She made my roof issues her priority, in terms of assisting me in getting a contractor on board and fast, and this was the day before Thanksgiving! I highly recommend Sullivan Hill Country Properties...and you definitely need to request Chrystal!
