Stay FAR away! Build quality is complete crap and getting Pulte to honor their advertised warranty is like pulling teeth. We had tons of issues in the months after our build, and I hear similiar stories from neighbors. Everything from feeling the outside breeze through the baseboards, water intrusions, and shower tiling that slopes away from the drain...you name it. These are truley paper and cardboard homes. Do yourself a favor and go with a higher end builder in the neighborhood.

Customer service when buying my home was great. However I had to put in all new floors in under 3 years due to faulty tile. This is a known problem with Pulte homes and they are not adequately paying to replace the floors.
