- CLCole LelliApr 9, 20254.0Sunfield is a great community to live in. Pulte did an OK job with our house - it was right after covid and we didin't get the option to make any upgrades/changes. Our master closet unfortunately did not survive the "3 year mark" but I was able to make it much nicer round 2. They don't cut corners, but craftsman is not close to perfect. Overall I would recommend but have multiple inspections and do not move in until you are satisfied. We were on a tight timeline and wish I had more time to have got the builder to fix things, like level the flooring better before moving in. They had planted a dead tree that I had to replace because it wasn't under warranty. Would have been nice to have a french drain between the houses installed as they all are slanted. The warranty is OK, but make sure you understand the scope of the project to take full advantage of the work.

We received weekly updates on everything! Our construction manager Jeff A. Is top-notch, extremely professional and personable. Jeff explained everything in detail in every weekly update. He walked us through the home pre-drywall, and then a final walkthrough before closing. Pulte builds quality houses in Sunfield. We had our own third party inspection done twice and they found no issues. We also chose Pulte Mortgage and they were also a gem to work with. Everything was streamlined, there were no snags that held up closing. The house looks great and I could not be happier! Shout-out to JEFF!
