  The office computers save information and autofill applications, which will autofill for the next person if you do not clear the cookies. If you are worried about someone using your data to finance a pizza with the unregulated credit card Klarna, then you might also be worried about the apartment using checkpointID to collect facial scans (that are sold to 3rd parties). They will not tell you before your application how they violate the texas capture or use of biometric identifier act (CUBI), so that they can attempt to force you to comply to facial scan collection/sale by refusing to refund the application fee, even if you ask to cancel the same day. If you still plan to apply here, they have a lot more availability then they are letting on because they do not want to lower their prices (you SHOULD haggle).

  I just started the process of moving in to the community. Valerie, Tre, and Bri have all been super helpful. I came in because a friend referred me and they all greeted me with a smile. Even when I felt I was being too much h or bothering them they jumped on the opportunity to help and make things easy for me. I am super excited to fully move in and experience all the events.

  TLDR- Charged me $311 ONTOP of my deposit (so a total of $761-insane). Part of me feels bad writing this because the girls at the front are so nice, but do not live here. They charge a lot to live in buda and they will charge you to the roof when you move out. When I moved in the place was not spotless, there were dirty counters, cabinets had scrapes and dust, handles falling off (that were never properly fixed), coal/cigarettes in the yard etc. when I moved out we scrubbed that place top to bottom. I was told when we moved in and I had complaints about the way our apartment was upon move in- they told me to just mark it all down and that people tend to get their deposits back. When I left I rented a carpet cleaner, brought friends to help, made a week out of cleaning it. Somehow that meant that they would still charge a $200 cleaning fee. I get a couple things not being up to their standards- I think I forgot to windex the windows- but $200 is wild. $200 is saying the place was a pigsty and not a single thing was cleaned. I had a feeling this would happen when Bri asked me for my cleaners receipt. I also see from others reviews that the $200 cleaning fee is their thing. Y’all should have just said from the get go that unless I hired a professional I was gonna be charged. Wasted $100 of cleaning supplies and rentals to be charged anyway. They also hold back the water and sewage bills so you have zero chance of getting that deposit back. In fact they charged me $311 (my apartment number- the irony) ONTOP of the deposit. Other things- No parking, emails every month about something else that we can’t have on our patio, etc. slap the word luxury on the name and charge $400 more than what it’s worth.
