  The management company is actual trash. I called them about an issue for a week straight and no one ever answers the phone AND there’s no voicemail option. BONUS; I finally moved out, signed my lease termination, and they’re such morons they completely forgot and went ahead and charged me rent for this month. Stay away if you value any sort of communication with your leasing office

  If I could give zero stars I would. Filthy at move in. Had to clean loft ourselves and still no working AC unit and no response from emails sent to management. Yes, we have emailed and emailed and called and called and all we get is let me contact the distributor of the AC unit. My daughter moved in 7/25/25 and today is 8/7/25 and still no AC in her unit.

  It's disheartening to see how The Lofts at 305/Regency Gardens in Bryan has declined based on previous positive reviews. My recent experience highlights a stark contrast to the complex’s once-promising reputation. I am writing this review to warn other potential renters about my experience with The Lofts at 305 in Bryan. We applied for a one-bedroom apartment, and despite our combined income exceeding five times the rent and a spotless rental history, our application was solely denied due to my medical bills in collections. Disappointed by this decision, we offered to pay three months' rent upfront, a common practice for tenants with less-than-perfect credit. This solution, demonstrating our financial stability and commitment, was completely disregarded. The most concerning aspect of this experience was The Lofts' utter lack of professionalism. After initially agreeing to discuss our offer with their manager, they went completely silent. Multiple attempts to reach them were met with no response. Finally, after a significant delay that hindered our ability to secure alternative housing, they contacted us only to reiterate their refusal. Due to The Lofts' inconsiderate and unprofessional conduct, I strongly advise potential renters to look elsewhere. Their unwillingness to work with potential tenants and their appalling communication practices are unacceptable. If I could, I would rate this complex ZERO STARS.

  I didn't rent from here, but Chris Lawrence was an absolute pleasure! He went out of his way to do a virtual tour with me during this pandemic, answered all of my crazy questions, and he was so passionate about his building I'm sure this is a great place to live!
