Jodi, the manager, is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to assist. The customer service is outstanding, and the level of professionalism and friendliness is evident. The amenities are also top-notch, making it a wonderful place to consider for anyone looking for a new home. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the exceptional management and the quality of the complex!

I’ve had an obnoxious smell coming from my master bathroom since moving in and they’ve done nothing about it. The front face of my cabinetry literally fell on me while I was doing dishes. I didn’t have electricity in my dining room or in my living room for the first month and a half after moving in there is severe water damage throughout the apartment. Mold spots on the fence. This place is a joke.

- LPLady PAug 13, 20251.0THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS😑DO NOT I SAY DO NOT rent from here, unless your comfortable living with roaches, filth(College kids DC) . When I moved a year ago the carpet was dirty, roaches crawling all around I waited a week, for them to fix the issues they never did. Shortly after I was diagnosed with Cancer, I had to contact my own exterminator to try get rid of the problem, so it wouldn't affect my health. I had to beg them to continue the pest control, I was too weak majority of the time to even get up, I begged them email after email I was told by Jennifer Fleeks(Manger) I had to get on a list to get pest control.😟 I to beg for maintenance. I mean it was problem after problem living there. I paid 1200 with 200+ in fees they don't tell you about up front (Slum Lords) #14 . Now they send a email I owe damages, I gave them back the apartment like it was giving to me. I went back to my previous renter, my townhouse is larger, 300+ cheaper I don't have to beg for pest control it's consistent monthly. Look at God🙏🏽 #RENTATYOUROWNRISK🙏🏽 Come to Online Real Estate where they appreciate their tenants.
