    I do not recommend renting at this apartment complex. Do not come live here under any circumstances. This place is in terrible condition and is not worth the price they charge. The complex has a constant cockroach infestation. In addition, the apartments have serious maintenance issues, such as broken bathroom drains that cause dirty wastewater to leak into the kitchen, which is completely unsanitary. The maintenance service is slow and irresponsible. During an emergency with my roof, they took more than a week to come, and the “repair” was only a patch with an old wooden board. The common areas are neglected, full of trash, and the pools remain closed, dirty, and in poor condition. The laundry room is also horrible: run-down, dirty, and smells very bad. On top of that, the rent is extremely expensive for the conditions they offer. Management and staff do not respond professionally when you report problems or file complaints. This complex only brings disappointment, frustration, and stress. 🤬

    I live in the townhomes. My apartment is full of roaches. The railing is falling off the wall. The refrigerator has gaps between the door seals and roaches get in. I have had 3 used stoves. The current one has two broken small burners. The large burner doesn’t sit flat because it was taken from my old stoves. My hot water now only lasts about 10 minutes. I am disabled and have fallen down the stairs. I use a walker. Management refuses to do anything about it. I spoke with a man over the phone when I reported these things he stated they would not do anything and then he hung up I on me after I told him it was unacceptable. UPDATE: AFter several attempts and no return phone calls from management I finally spoke with the manager. She was very rude and defensive. She also continues to refuse to make repairs. She did agree to have pest control come on a regularly scheduled day. She also stated that they cannot wait more than 6 minutes at the door waiting for me to answer. I am disabled. I spend most of my time upstairs in my bedroom. I walk with a walker. It is dangerous for me to use the stairs especially with a railing that is broken in several places. It can take a mintue for me to hear anyone at the door much less get down the dangerous 12 steps. I am not sure where the 6 minutes wait time comes from because in the past they only wait a couple of minutes. After a much heated discussion she agreed to wait 10 generous minutes before leaving. I have also requested that they call before they come or when they arrive at my door to make sure I know they are here. Evidently this is a serious inconvienence and has never happend. It can be difficult to hear them knock. I tried explaining this to her. I also posted a new photo of the counter top in my bathroom that is peeling. All of the countertops in this apartment have the same stuff of them. Due to the roaches I use a bleach spray on the counters several times a day to try and keep them clean. The black color is fading to gray and now is peeling. The countertop in the kitchen has also started to sag and is making it difficulet to close the dishwasher. The dishwasher door hits the countertop and has to be slammed shut to get it to close. In the cupboard above the diswasher one of the shelves has completley worped. It has no center support so it is sagging in the middle. Everything wants to fall to the middle. The refrigerator does not have a bottom drawer and the shelves on the door do not have fronts on them because they have broken and had to be removed. Nothing gets repaired here and management sucks.

    I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with the management at Riverstone Apartments, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Jodi, the manager, is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to assist. The customer service is outstanding, and the level of professionalism and friendliness is evident. The amenities are also top-notch, making it a wonderful place to consider for anyone looking for a new home. Overall, I highly recommend it based on the exceptional management and the quality of the complex!

    Do not lease here. It will show you a completely remodeled unit and then lease you a piece of crap. Maintenance is a joke. I’ve had an obnoxious smell coming from my master bathroom since moving in and they’ve done nothing about it. The front face of my cabinetry literally fell on me while I was doing dishes. I didn’t have electricity in my dining room or in my living room for the first month and a half after moving in there is severe water damage throughout the apartment. Mold spots on the fence. This place is a joke.
