  I would leave 1 star but I can’t fault the entire staff for the terrible treatment. Management will not give refunds when they state they will. They are not helpful in resolving safety concerns without involving the other parties causing more problems. They are rude to guarantors (ie people paying them) and do not care about the residents. I would NOT recommend this complex to anyone. And the quality of the apartment is horrible.

  When I first toured the community, the peaceful atmosphere and birdsong created a warm impression,.Although I visited several other apartments, this apartment stood out the most. Over the past months, Maintenance request I've submitted has been handled promptly and effectively, and the leasing office staff are professional and responsive- whether in person or via email. Most importantly, I feel very safe and comfortable here. For these reasons, I have decided to renew my lease without hesitation.

  We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Park Hudson Apartment! The amenities are excellent, the community is well-maintained, and the overall environment is comfortable and welcoming. One thing we truly appreciate is the maintenance team—requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. The staff are also consistently polite, professional, and helpful. We’re so happy with our experience that we’re renewing our lease for the third year, which really says a lot about how much we enjoy living here. The only small concern is that some residents don’t always clean up after their pets. Hopefully, everyone can help keep the community clean and pleasant for all. Overall, Park Hudson Place Apartments is a great place to call home, and we highly recommend it!

  I am a current resident and recently renewed my lease. Overall, this is a great apartment — the rent is reasonable, and I really like the atmosphere and living environment. The only downside for me is the package policy. Packages that do not fit in the mailbox are delivered to the leasing office, and residents are asked to pick them up within 3–4 days or they may be returned. Since I often work past 6 PM and the leasing office closes at 5:30 PM, I sometimes have to leave work early to retrieve my packages, which can be inconvenient. Aside from this issue, I have had a very positive experience living here.
