  Hudson is a very quiet chill place to live everyone stays to themselves, the residents are very friendly and inviting the property ALWAYS looks neat and clean. The management is awesome Courtney and Gabby in leasing are very professional . A special thanks to Courtney for getting my son and I placed in wonderful place! She really went about and beyond to ensure we met the requirements maintenance you’re just a special THANKS PHIL, they always go the extra miles as well.

  Our experience with Courtney was wonderful!! She got us a tour on the same day as we inquired and she showed us the unit we would be moving into. The unit wasn’t even finished being worked on BUT it was SOOOOO CLEAN & FRESH smelling! She helped us with our application and answered all of my questions quickly. We are SUPER excited to move in! I DEFINITELY recommend!!

  My husband and I moved here with our daughter of 4 months at the time, as we needed more space and were house shopping. We lived there for 6-7 months and it wasn't terrible but could have been better. When we first moved in the AC was not working properly but Kendall was kind enough to bring us window units at 10pm and help get the maintenance technician out there next day. The maintenance technicians on the other hand have pretty big egos it seems. One of them argued in our apartment with my husband in front of my baby and I about our AC and said it was working properly and that he had been doing HVAC for 20+ years... It indeed was not working as the air coming out the vent were nearly the same temperature the thermostat was set to but was not able to reach. The unit had dead bugs upon move-in in the freezer, drawers, the cabinets, etc. and looked like it was rushed to be ready for us. We left the unit better than what we moved into in our opinion. Upon moving out because we bought a house, we were loading up our trailer which already had our washer and dryer on it. We were in the middle of loading when the office staff called us to ask us if we had their units loaded on our trailer because maintenance said it looked like their units... if they would have went up to the units they would have seen it was not the same brand we had in the apartment and that they were also larger; or they could have walked up to us and asked us to see them. It was honestly frustrating and ridiculous that they would think we would actively steal their units right in front of the maintenance office. The more frustrating part was that we released our apartment and during the whole month we were not actively living there or even had keys anymore to it we received the highest electricity bill yet. It was as high as our initial bill that obtained the deposit with it. We have had on and off great communication with the leasing staff however there have been times that it takes them days to get back to us or my husband has to email after me, frustrated, to get a response back regarding the release. We had to call the office to ask if they leased our unit because we did not see it on the website anymore and were told they did but didn't hear anything for days until we reached out regarding next steps. I will say the complex isn't bad and the unit aside from it not properly being cleaned and repaired for us was not bad. The apartments spacing was nice and the area was good. It nice being able to walk the trails in the evenings and it being a fairly quiet complex.

  Moved in two days ago, and had an issues with my dryer, exhaust fan, a leaky faucet, and there were wasps on my patio. Ivan Morales from the maintenance team went above and beyond in addressing my requests. Not only did he resolve all the above issues but he also replaced my dim light bulbs with bright ones, repainted areas of the wall, vacuumed, etc. all without me asking. A true professional who deserves all the good in life!
