  Marcos was very friendly and courteous. He helped us and did not pressure us. He truly thinks about the customer and their needs. Saul was truly helpful because his crew put in our handicap rails for our tile shower and didn’t charge us to put in the bars. If you need a manufactured home they go above and beyond on the entire process. They also make their front steps of wood. They are very sturdy. They don’t give you those cheap steps. The trim out was excellent and it looks like a home inside and out. Thank you, Saul, Marcos, Hugo, and the crew. We will tell everyone about your service.

Wendy went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our experience every step of the way. The entire process felt smooth and well-managed thanks to their dedication and professionalism. We’re especially impressed with the amazing job they did updating our bathrooms — the upgrades look fantastic and truly made our home feel even more special. We highly recommend Wendy and Clayton Homes to anyone looking for a great home-buying experience!

  Working with Wendy was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day 1 she was cool, really down to earth and never pushy. She actually listened to what I wanted, instead of trying to sell me something that didn’t fit. She stayed on top of everything, moved fast when it mattered, explained the process clearly , and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel smooth. Any time I had a question, she answered, anytime I needed advice she gave it to me straight. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing but also treats you like a real person and not just a transaction then Wendy is your go-to. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.
