At the time, Graystar managed the property, and it was difficult to get any support from the front office and all my voicemails and emails went unanswered. But everything changed when Steadfast Management took over I believe in August of 2024. From then on, Laura, Wendy, and Monica have been amazing! They show every day that they care, and that means so much to me and my children. Laura has been so supportive and understanding, I cannot thank her enough and want to just hug her! Add in the maintenance crew (who are just as awesome), the friendly neighbors and beautiful community, and it’s easy to say that Estraya Boerne truly feels like home. I’m so grateful to be here! Thank you so much!!!

The current management has made me feel uncomfortable and filled with anxiety to even go in and speak to them. The woman on the left office is extremely rude and unwelcoming. We have a toddler and our downstairs neighbors would bang on their ceiling in the middle of the day at 12 noon just because she was walking around. Bought this up to management and she told me “you should have told us first and you have to be more considerate” yeah cuz I’ll tell my 1 year old to be more considerate. Overall I haven’t felt comfortable in my own home for months would not recommend living here unless you want to be treated poorly and talked to rudely by staff
