  After what felt like a never-ending apartment search, I was honestly exhausted. Until I toured Leander Apartments with Dria. She was so welcoming and knew everything. She explained the move-in special in a way that actually made sense and made me feel like I was getting the best deal possible. No pressure, no salesy vibes. Just real, helpful energy. By the end of the tour, I felt at home. That hasn’t happened anywhere else. Her customer service alone makes this place stand out. If you’re apartment hunting, ask for Dria. You won’t regret it.

  The hot water almost never works and they don’t fix it until days later. Pet poop everywhere literally EVERYWHERE you walk! The walls and drawers are just painted and covered up with cheap wallpaper that breaks, and on top of that almost everything breaks because it won’t even open!

  Lived here for a year and moved out as SOON as we could, even overlapped a new lease somewhere else with having another month to go at this place 😅 dont ignore the reviews about issues with no water/no hot water. This was a several-times-a-month occurrence, if not weekly. Sometimes for days at a time. I guess along with that, our biggest issue was maintenance. Or the lack thereof. Since..it was seemingly nonexistent. Our front door/lock was broken the ENTIRE time we lived here. We had a friend house sit for a weekend and got stuck inside because the nail from the hardware on the lock on the side of the door came out and went into the doorframe, which had a big gaping hole. The plumbing underneath the sinks? Horrendous. Painted over and looked like a 5 year old put it together. Leaked like crazy, and several requests had been put in over the course of us being there. Nothing ever fixed. We got a rent renewal letter that they wanted to up our rent over $600. SIX. HUNDRED. Our rent was a little over $1k for a 2B1B, and the renewal letter wanted over $1700, I believe it was $1,718. It was truly laughable. We pay less than that at our current place, for more space, 2B2B, gated community, yards, greatttttt maintenance, and everyone is so so nice. 0/10 would not recommend unless you have absolutely 0 choice 🫡 looking at recent reviews, doesnt seem like much has changed since we left lol
