  Lived here for a year and moved out as SOON as we could, even overlapped a new lease somewhere else with having another month to go at this place 😅 dont ignore the reviews about issues with no water/no hot water. This was a several-times-a-month occurrence, if not weekly. Sometimes for days at a time. I guess along with that, our biggest issue was maintenance. Or the lack thereof. Since..it was seemingly nonexistent. Our front door/lock was broken the ENTIRE time we lived here. We had a friend house sit for a weekend and got stuck inside because the nail from the hardware on the lock on the side of the door came out and went into the doorframe, which had a big gaping hole. The plumbing underneath the sinks? Horrendous. Painted over and looked like a 5 year old put it together. Leaked like crazy, and several requests had been put in over the course of us being there. Nothing ever fixed. We got a rent renewal letter that they wanted to up our rent over $600. SIX. HUNDRED. Our rent was a little over $1k for a 2B1B, and the renewal letter wanted over $1700, I believe it was $1,718. It was truly laughable. We pay less than that at our current place, for more space, 2B2B, gated community, yards, greatttttt maintenance, and everyone is so so nice. 0/10 would not recommend unless you have absolutely 0 choice 🫡 looking at recent reviews, doesnt seem like much has changed since we left lol

  We have no hot water!!! Day 2! I'll change my opinion after I take a hot shower and wash my hair..😌🙏🏾☮️🇺🇲✝️ Update: No water until MONDAY! I could say more, but I'm not trying to bad mouth my own residence. I just need this to seem important to someone other than myself. Still no hot water! It was on for a moment yesterday, Tuesday, 11/18/25. No word from management after requesting an update. This is exhausting. Update: No water Thursday, 11/20/25!!! 🤮

  They dont fix anything in a timely manner. Our mailboxes have been broken into 3 times. If you're late on your rent even one day they will try to hit you with an eviction fee.

  Here at Leander apartments there's one maintenance guy that has been doing his job excellently and get the work done,his co-worker don't do nothing but,sit up in the office while his other co- worker does all the work and he's there watching him do everything,I have seen it all plus taken pics of these workers together,big one working,second one standing by watching him do all and everything else but paid the same amount of money for different reasons,that overbearing worker is shameless but it doesn't stop this big guy from doing his job,so I'm giving him a blessing sent to corporate office for a slight raise.thsmk you Lord for sending a reliable worker to get these fixer upper jobs done, whenever something was wrong my husband go tell the staff and the big guy would come the next day,or two and the problem was fixed,like he replaced our dish washer and the weather stripping around our front door perfectly done.
