  For a young family of three or four, the floorplans are perfect. The small backyards are a great transition from being stuck in an apartment, and the pool area is absolutely perfect for children and adults alike. While we encountered some unforeseen costs that pushed our decision to remain where we are until the end of our lease; Angel, Kirby, and the rest of the team were incredible to work with, and we look forward to leasing here soon when it doesn’t require breaking our current lease.

  Luis, is hands down the best person at BB Living. Him and Kirby are there at your beck and call at all times. Kirby made our move in as easy as could be. She was very communicative, trustworthy, and honest with the whole process. Couldn’t ask for someone better! Since we’ve moved in, any issues we’ve had, Luis has always been there on call and always shows up on time when he says he will be there. There’s nothing the man can’t fix. He is a man of all trades. BB living is the place to live. Love it here and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

  Had my AC go out last night at 10pm, and Luis the maintenance manager was over here within a short period of time, Luis showed excellent leadership and calmness and was extremely quiet and didnt wake the baby! If I could give 10 stars I would

  Angel and Kirby in the leasing office were outstanding throughout the leasing process and continue to be amazing now that we are residents. They answered our every need (and we had plenty) with patience and professionalism. Military PCS can be challenging; Angel and Kirby did everything within their power to make the transition as smooth as possible for my family. We are genuinely grateful and highly recommend working with them to find your next home. Now that we are residents, I’ve had consistently great experiences with the maintenance team lead, Luis. He’s professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Communication is straightforward and issues are resolved thoroughly. The residents are well cared for thanks to Luis and the team!
