  Dont move here unless its your last resort. I've put in well over 30 maintenance requests some of which are for the same thing that just got ignored or broke soon after being "fixed". I've emailed and called them countless times. When I brought this up their response was, "we switched to a new management company so its your responsibility to keep submitting maintenance tickets". OVER 30 MAINTENANCE REQUESTS but its still my fault I guess. Front office staff will never take accountability for upkeeping the property and will dismiss you unless you push on the matter. I asked for a mutual lease break and the property manager said "if I do it for you I have to do it for evertone" and they should since they cannot maintain their property to decent standards. A list of issues ive dealt with since living here for 13 months. - do not expect to do laundry on-site because its been being worked on since I moved here (13 months ago) - mice/rats are an issue - cops constantly being called here - All outlets were loose/ damaged which is a fire hazard (only fixed half after more than a year and 6 maintenance tickets) - shower does not keep a consistent temp and sometimes does not get hot at all (their response was because its a boiler system) - most of the drains were clogged and still get clogged easily - heater/AC has broken multiple times - windows were not secured to the frame and is awful on my electric bill - front door lock was damaged - dishwasher is not secured and leaves residue on dishes - carpet has a lot of rusty nails sticking out and is not secured - Trash being thrown in my truck bed by other residents - other residents leaving trash anywhere but the dumpster - maintenance leaving trash/dirt after a "repair"

  The apartment complex manager, Berta, has been consistently reliable and helpful. Communication is clear, issues are handled in a timely manner, and the property is well maintained. It’s refreshing to have management that is organized and respectful toward residents. Overall, a very positive experience

  Estas personas al principio son amables, luego se les olvida todo, y son muy injustos cobran cosas q no deben los apartamentos son súper viejos no los recomiendo y el personal administrativo menos no acepten es un engaño

  The office staff ( Bertha, Leslie and Tattiana ) are so good they are so helpful and fast with everything!!!
